The location was perfect! The host Alessandro was very helpful! He even did our laundry which was wonderful! The room was huge and very comfortable. We lived to look out the windows and watch people walk by. There was a great wine bar across the street.

Perfect location to walk everywhere. The room was clean, comfortable, and large and there was laundry available which was a big plus! The host is very friendly too! Overall great stay, I would recommend staying here and definitely will the next time I visit Florence.

Fantastic apartment in central Florence, we were lucky to find this last minute. Easy to check in and the hosts were very attentive. Excellent facilities including a washer/dryer if needed, spacious and clean room. Central location right next to the Duomo.

Though it is called a bed & breakfast, not much breakfast was actually included. We didnt mind going out to grab breakfast though.

Cannot rave more about this place !! The location of this B&B is perfect !! Close enough to the train station and all the main attractions. One flight of stairs above ground level. Amazing restaurants below. They even have washer/dryers and help with laundry needs.

Great location within walking distance from everything we needed or wanted to see, but the place was quiet and felt private. Place is updated and kept in great shape, bed and pillows were super comfortable. Washer and dryer were extra bonus! The host Alessandro is very nice and available if needed. Would definitely stay there again if in Florence. Thank you Alessandro!

Location was wonderful. Room an immaculate, calming environment. Beautiful soundproof windows, excellent climate control. Very comfortable bed. Laundry available to do yourself or they will perform at no additional cost. Allesandro was very lovely and welcoming. We appreciated the provided list of restaurant recommendations. A++++ cleanliness.

Bed linen for the sofa bed was a little light on, but comfortable all the same.

Such a great location in the heart of Florence with all the charm of an old building but refurbished and very comfortable. Family-run business and it felt nice to come home to this surprisingly quiet space each day.

If you stay here please be mindful that this is not your house and hanging out in the family, room back and forth from your room, slamming your bedroom door multiple times at all hours is making a lot of noise for people trying to sleep.I can sleep with the street noise but the inside noise is different.

Perfect location. Around the corner from the duomo, but perfectly quiet, on a small side street. Allessandro, the owner, delightful, and accommodating. Breakfast served steps away, was very good. Bed, large and very comfortable. Room simply decorated- calm vibe. Will stay here again.

This property was a hidden gem! It was absolutely clean and room was much bigger than we expected. The location couldn't have been better! It was in the heart of the city with a fantastic wine bar across the street. Alessandro is a fantastic host and he helped organize a taxi for our early morning departure on the last day. He made sure to follow up with confirmations which was incredibly helpful since we were a bit worried about making it to the airport in time. The ability to do our laundry onsite was a huge plus. We loved everything about the property. It's the only place we would stay in if (when!) we hopefully return to Florence some day.
