There were a few issues. The floor didn't look like it had been cleaned very well as there was a lot of dust. The spa bath was not functioning and it took way too long for the water coming out of the shower to get hot. The location is a bit far from the centre but can be reached by a direct bus from the central station.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was quite clean.

No coffee machine in the room, no spoons, glasses (1 cup), fridge outside of the room. Everything I guess available in the kitchen which is closed when host is not there so its good to check what you may need and ask in advance (wine glass and wine opener in my case). For few days is ok, for longer I would look for something else, depend of what are your expectations. From the room description I was expecting to have coffe machine and fridge inside the room.

Very clean nice room with even a hottub In it, Easy self check-in by small YouTube film and was guided on the phone (by Marco) at entrance. Good Italian breakfast. Location 15 minutes from city center, situated in nice safe neighbourhood. I really recommend this B&B.

Slightly difficult to locate as property is inside a building and isn't signposted outside. (Google Maps had a habit of placing it around the corner.) Breakfast was fairly basic, and served by someone with no English, which made communication a challenge. Having a tub rather than a shower with a curtain made it difficult not to splash water on the wood floor.

Excellent location, less than 10 minutes' walk from Massimo, making it easy to return to the room to freshen up during the day. Also, the large bed with firm mattress ensured a sound nights' sleep. (Indeed, it was surprisingly quiet outside.) Additionally, there was a very friendly receptionist, who provided a map with a suggested walking tour. Last but not least, the early (11am) check-in was wonderful for someone arriving on an early flight.

The noise from the back was annoying but put up with it as you can't do anything about it. Facilitates need to be updated on the information, no bar, no fridge in the room, no garden. I also didn't like that you couldn't have breakfast until the housekeeper arrived, that's was about 8.30 am. Then the door to the shared area was always locked. My room was clean but it required a deep clean for excess dust and gunk in the shower. A little bit extra care and attention wouldn't have gone a miss.

Location was good, not far from the port and a bus ride to the train station. Most places where within walking distance, few nice cafe/bars around the area. Nice that the housekeeper met me on my arrival and settled me in, even though her understanding of English was minimal. Overall not a bad stay but could have been better.

We had both rooms with street view and it does get noisy at night so if you have kids it's hard to keep them asleep. Some pillowsl were stained so we did not use them and it made it for a not so comfortable sleep. Parking is hard to find on street. But garage is available for extra 20 euro 2 blocks down the road. Overall good with things to mind when booking.

Somewhat close to downtown about 10 min. Marco was super friendly and accommodating Clean showers, bathrooms. Big rooms and beds.

Room is directly facing the road with traffic, there were constant honking and noise so the window had to be shut most of the time. WiFi was unstable, connected day 1 and didn't connect for the rest of stay. Air conditioning turns off automatically after an hour or so, gets warms middle of the night in warm months. Could be user error, not sure :) No toiletries provided but not too much of an issue. Lumpy pillows, not very comfortable.

It was quite loud - a trade off for being so close to bars and restaurants. I used earplugs at night. There was confusion about the check out time - I thought it was 10:30 but the cleaner said it was 10am so I had to scramble to leave. Not a big deal - I’d still stay there again.

The location is great and the host, Marco, was really helpful and friendly. The room was really cute and had everything I needed including a lovely spa bath and soft lighting. Basic toiletries were included. The breakfasts were simple and really tasty.

No luggage storage after you check out. I was woken up one day for breakfast when the café was closed.

Good breakfast at café next door. Confortable room and the location was at a good distance from the sights and from the bus stop to the airport, there were great restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

They informed us after completing the booking that late check in has an extra charge of € 15 after 19.00 and € 30 after 24.00. Unfortunately, this information was not available on booking.com. Ultimately, however, the fee was not charged.

Hosts are friendly and very helpful. Entrance from the street shaded by trees through a wooden high gate, interesting design of a palace-style room, great bathroom with jacuzzi :) Flexible and convenient check in by phone on site.

My window was near some engines or air conditioning systems that made a lot of noise and the window didn't close fully so you could not hear it late at night or early in the morning. the shower was extremely small in width,barely enough room for one person through its doors.

-overall clean but there still were some hairs in the bathroom - my Air-con wouldn’t turn on (but it wasn’t too hot during my stay so that was okay) - my room faced the inner yard and it was really loud (not sure what it was, I think the outside electricity of the aircondition?) - sadly sounded a bit like someone was boring a whole somewhere in the building all night :( This was very unfortunate since everything else was so satisfactory…

- friendly staff who gave helpful tips and where responsive to any concerns - stylish room -proximity to train station (Lolli) and you could walk everywhere if you want to (everything within 30min by feet) - definitely very good value for the money! This definitely “made up” for the negative bits :)
