A private external bathroom seems like a great luxury (2 rooms for the price of 1) - but it is still a bit annoying if you have to leave your room for every drop of water... And unfortunately: only the typical Italian thin electrical sockets...

Smooth check-in due to previous communication and very friendly reception. For those who don't speak Italian, like me: Leonardo speaks fluenty English (which is unusual in Italy)! Spacious room with extra touches (sweets and decorations) and even spacious bathroom. Modest breakfast but rich in choice. I hope to come back here!

I recently stayed at this wonderful B&B in Lucca, located in a safe residential area right by the city wall and at 15 min walk to the city center. The bedroom was cozy, spacious, and impeccably clean. The host Leonardo was nice and helpful, even allowing us to take breakfast for our train ride to the airport before the breakfast buffet opened at 8AM. Even though we ate breakfast on the run to the train, it was very delicious and we were sad we couldn't try the rest of the buffet. Highly recommend for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Lucca!

Lucca is a beautiful walled city and this B&B is an ideal location for a visit. Good sized room, very quiet location, but only 5 minutes walk to the walled city. Really relaxing stay. Pisa is only a 30-40 minute train ride away as well.

Nothing except the weather!

Leonardo was so friendly and homely. He explained many things to us. The place felt like home - we were able to make a cup of tea when we wanted. Good location for city and railway station. Secure as on 2nd floor of apartment block.. Catered for my wife who is diabetic. Place is very quiet too.

Walls seems to be thin and you can hear some noises or talks on the corridor, might be a problem for a light sleepers.

Only one contact by the bed to which a lamp was connected. The door to the bathroom opposite the bed, when used at night can wake up the other person.

Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast fresh, very good coffee available all the time for guests, close to the old town walls and the railway. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Satellite TV in the room Very close to the shop

Location was perfect; just outside the wall, and a 10-15 min walk from the train station, although I believe we could have caught the bus. Host was there to meet us and showed us our rooms and explained the kitchen and breakfast arrangements. Breakfast was lovely with fresh pastries and plenty of other items to pick. We were able to leave our bags so we could explore the beautiful town of Lucca. Would recommend. Thank you.
