Everything about the B&B was lovely! We didn't find the area surrounding the B&B that interesting or picturesque and if you go in a national holiday period be prepared for lots of restaurants etc to be closed!

Manuel & Olga were really welcoming, ensured we were well looked after and gave us some good tips for local attractions and places to visit. Breakfast was amazing, the gardens are beautiful and tranquil and the pool area was lovely and secluded. Really well placed for visits to Pompeii, Vesuvius, Amalfi Coast and other local attractions.

The road to the property was a little off putting and dirty so we were a bit concerned driving down it

The hotel was like an oasis in unfortuantely not a very pleasant area. - however when we arrived it was a wonderful experience - large room, lovely terrace, great breakfast and lovely pool. the hosts were so helpful and informative.

The access roads to the accommodation are small and dirty, but that is not the fault of the accommodation, but of the area.

The house is a little older, which you can tell from the room furnishings, but it has a very nice charm. The garden is very relaxing (there are lots of animals here, including turtles) and the pool is very large. Manuel and Olga are very friendly hosts, we felt very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, as was dinner on request. Our arrival and departure times were taken into account. The communication before arrival was very good.

fantastic room fantastic breakfast great pool and even though the hotel is quite remote we four generations of one family with a lot of walking managed to get the train to visit both hercalaneum and sorrento on seperate days

Beautiful green oasis set within an area of greenhouses. Fantastic pool to cool off after a hot day of sightseeing. Staff couldn’t do enough for you, especially Olga and Manuel, Olga was a lifesaver late one evening when we left our card in the room and couldn’t get in at 10pm! Sorted trips to Pompeii and Vesuvius for us.

I loved everything about the B&B. The staff were helpful, breakfast was lovely, the gardens beautiful and the pool was very welcome and lovely to relax by. We enjoyed a meal at the B&B as well... the lasagne was very good (as was the Campari Spritz by the pool!).

Little gem near Napoli, 5min walk to trainstation to explore the city in an easy way. Safe to park the car. Fantastic house, spacious room, lovely garden and best breakfast we had in Italy.

Facility still needs some updates and renovations because some things are a bit in decay. But generally great value for money.

Service was the best. Olga the main house keeper is honestly concerned with costumers well being and takes care very well. I like the feeling when someone cares for you sincerely, and its not just the about the money. I would certainly recommend this place to everyone who wants a peaceful place full of facilities and things to do and relax. One day we just stayed at facility, because it was more relaxing than goin to Naples or Pompei. swimming pool, garden, tenis... True vacation, with perfect view to the vesuvio!

Perfect stay to visit all the must sees in the area but in itself worth staying for several days as the bnb is located in a green oasis with a great pool, birds, and lovely staff.

The pool/sauna area were not open or working, and the dogs were very loud very often. They would stop if you asked Olga about it, but it did wake us up a few times. It was not a very walkable area also which was hard when you're on a budget.

Olga and her family were so welcoming. The cats were sweet, the food was delicious, and the internet worked very well. The view from the room and the big windows for air flow were wonderful. We would return here in a heartbeat.

It took us a while to find local places to eat that were open in the early evening- we were a bit out of Naples. But worth it for the pleasure of staying in such a lovely B&B

Casina de Goyzueta was a little haven to enjoy our holiday in Naples from. Manuel and Olga were the perfect hosts and couldn't have done more to make our stay comfortable and a pleasure. The pool area was a real sun trap and a great place to spend time just relaxing. The house was very individual, which made it more special than a stay in a big, impersonal hotel. Full of personal touches and with a real history.

This villa is beautiful with enormous rooms, a library, garden, sauna and pool. The views were amazing. We loved having breakfast in the garden amongst the fruit trees. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. It was raining when we arrived but Manuel picked us up from the train station which was very helpful. The train station is a 10 minute walk

Nothing to do with the hotel...

B&B was old but this was part of the appeal, staff, pool, everything was great. Napoli and this area is suffering from years of under investment but this place is 1KM off the main drag, located in lovely gardens with great staff. Will probably visit again as very peaceful.

The road leading down to the property is a narrow single lane with passing places. We had read this prior to booking so not a problem for us as my husband is a very confident UK driver and we hired a small car (Fiat Panda).

We stayed in the quadruple room with our 2 children. The room was very large and spacious. The property and grounds are beautiful. Our children loved the pool and the tortoises! Breakfast was fantastic (as were the cappuccinos!) and in such a beautiful garden!
