Comfortable cosy home from home in a very central but quiet location. Lovely caring staff who really look after you. Great and swift communication. Real attention to detail. We really appreciated small touches like toothbrush kits, tissues and cotton wool pads. Lara and her team had thought of everything. Great breakfast. We would return again in a flash. The breakfast was amazing as everything tasted very fresh and it came with free hot drinks made to order. I visited Venice to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond in helping me celebrate her birthday by giving her a birthday themed breakfast and adding some birthday themed decorations to our room while we ate breakfast. They really helped make her day special and is just one example of their excellent service. The room itself was also very clean and filled with nice amenities for our use. I would really recommend staying here to anyone that plans on visiting Venice.

Good location, easy to walk everywhere and also close to a water taxi stop. Very quiet and spacious room. There were many small touches to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed the whirlpool in our room after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Breakfast was very good. This is a B&B with 3 rooms and breakfast area is directly outside the rooms, so if you're a light sleeper you may have trouble sleeping past 8 am when breakfast begins.

The property has been restored to a very high standard with everything you could hope for to make your stay comfortable. It is set a short walk away from the tourist areas and is all the better for that with many art galleries and restaurants . The hot tubs in the bedrooms are perfect to relax in after exploring and the breakfasts are wonderful

There are a lot of stairs up to the room. A bit difficult if you have heavy suitcases but the staff are very helpful. The checkout time of 10.30 is quite early but was fine for us.

The B & B was immaculately clean and the facilities in the room were excellent. The breakfast was lovely and lots of healthy options were available. I would recommend to friends. The area is pleasant and quiet but still with plenty to do and a fairly easy walk / very easy boat trip to the St Marks' Square. Lara was very helpful with booking the water taxi from the airport and gave us a lt of information about how to get around Venice.

We liked everything!

Everything. The room was amazing, the staff went above and beyond. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Its situated in a great area for exploring the whole of Venice. Its the best place we have ever stayed!!

To get to central Venice, it is at least a 20 minute walk, but the main bus/train station is close.

We really enjoyed our stay and our hosts went out of their way to look after us. It is a beautiful property, well maintained and elegant. The air conditioning was a blessing!

Everything!! From the moment we stepped off the water taxi and was greeted by the Amazing staff, to the Beautiful room and common area that was located in prime location! Everything needed was provided and with open, helpful and beautiful staff. We couldn't speak high enough about our time and experience here, all made possible by Lara and the staff, always happy to help and offer assistance. We would Highly, Highly recommend this Stunning Place to anyone wanting to visit here in Venice! Thanking you for the most Memorable Time ♡

If you are not already swayed by the excellent rating, I hope this review convinces you to go ahead and book. I could write pages and pages about how brilliant our stay at Casin dei Nobili was, but I'll try to keep it brief to make it easy to read. - Lara, Benedetta and the rest of the team are fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, always available but never invasive. You will be in safe hands! - There is an incredible attention to detail in every aspect of the room/stay. - There were free pastries in the foyer all day for you to enjoy (especially handy if you've been enjoying lots of Aperol!). - Fresh water & drinks delivered to your fridge everyday. - A mini spa kit, and salts for the bath. A USB adaptor in case you've forgotten yours. Fully equipped bathrooms (the Dyson was a godsend!). - Suncream and mosquito spray available for use on the terrace. - Breakfast was wonderful, fresh fruit & pastries, delicious eggs, the best coffee! So much selection available. - We had to leave early on our final day and the team prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. - The spa bath is wonderful to come home to after a long day of walking. Unlike a previous reviewer said, there were not "too many rules". It is basic etiquette and common courtesy to shower before using the bath, and not to use it after a certain time so you don't disturb other guests. - The location is excellent. Very central, but just far away enough from the big crowds to enjoy peace and quiet. We chose to walk everywhere rather than take the water buses, as we felt we were within walking distance of all the sights. - It takes 15 minutes to walk and get to the bus for the airport. - The aircon is very efficient. We had days of 34 degrees and the room was cool within 10 minutes. The foyer contains many booklets and leaflets about sights to see and restaurants to eat at.

It is a beautiful property right on the canal. It is situated in the academia area which is quiet but very close to many tourist attractions. It has a gated entrance, windows overlooking the canal, and a lovely terrace for breakfast and relaxing later in the day. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

We loved our stay at Casin dei Nobili! Lara was an exceptional host and was responsive to all of our questions. The jacuzzi in our room was a great touch as well. We also loved the breakfast!

We had a bit of trouble with the AC, which was okay since our stay was not in the heat of the summer.

It’s the perfect place to stay! We loved this space- comfortable bed, big room, spa-like tub, wonderful location, delicious breakfast. The staff here were so kind and accommodating. We fell in love with Venice and will be back one day! Highly recommend.

Fix the door handle on one of the doors.

We absolutely loved the care and attention from the staff. My wife ended up sick with a respiratory bug and they brought her breakfast in bed. She was tremendously touched. They also went above and beyond with little touches throughout the day.

It was our first trip to Venice and we wanted to have a nice hotel. We found that exceptional B&B very well located in Dorsoduro. Close to very nice restaurants & shops and easily walkable to San Marco Piazza. 5 min walk to the vaporetto ( water bus) that takes you everywhere in Venezia. The room was beautiful with very comfy bed & pillows which is a big + for us 👌 The breakfast served on the balcony was delicious 😋 We stayed 4 nights and would have stayed forever 🥹 Grazie mille to Laura e Claudia for a memorable stay in La bella Venezia ❤️

Tastefully restored historic building. Outstanding service, beautiful furnishings, very nice breakfast. The location is perfect in a quiet area with authentic shops and very good restaurants. Plus, the restaurant by the same ownership is very good and literally steps away.

This property was absolutely pristine! The minute you arrive you feel overwhelmed with comfort and relaxation. The rooms and common areas are beautiful. The owners and staff were beyond accommodating and friendly. This place is a must stay.
