Absolutely nothing.

Family run. Extremely helpful. Always cheerful. Clean room. Breakfast was amazing with eggs, fruit, nuts, homemade delicious cakes along with bread and croissants and all the coffee/espresso you want. Filippo, Paula and Renato were my family away from home.

Everything. Definitely rate a 10++++ We were two couples. Had the apartment with two bedrooms. Walked a minute to the main house for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent. Had freshly cooked eggs, cold meats and local cheese. Sweets direct from oven, made by owner's mother. Also had yogurt, juice, tea, cappuccino, espresso. DELICIOUS!!! Owner super friendly and nice. Provided us a morning lift to Paduva train station. Gave us tourist info for Paduva and Venice, where best to visit. Extremely clean. Plenty of supplies in bathroom. Great to have a washing machine and clothes rack, detergent provided. Car was parked inside locked gate. In residential area, outside ZTL. 5 minutes drive to train station and then can walk downtown from station

The house is absolutely lovely and Filippo is the best hose i've ever encountered. He has tips for everything and was incredibly nice, an absolute ray of sunshine. He even gave us bikes to tour the city basically for free without any prior reservation. Absolutely worth it only to encounter Filippo.

There is only 1 bathroom.

First of all the owners are wonderful and kind people who made us feel so welcomed. The kitchen had clean dishes, pots, pans and appliances, the towels are great, the bedding comfortable, the neighborhood was safe and quite, near stores and restaurants, the breakfast was outstanding, have never had so much delicious food at a B&B, owners gave a driving instructions to places we needed to go that were fantastic.

Stunning place managing by very friendly, professional and passionate host. Indyvidual treatment for client (no problem to get gluten-free food). Room very clean and with unique interior based on clasic Italian style. Host Filippo have enormous knowledge of city and give many tips of exploring the city (additionaly we get city guide and map). Option of renting bike. Surely place worth to visit!!

Nothing really. Breakfast was fresh and tasty but a couple more choices for vegetarians would have made the whole experience a ten.

Philippo and family are very friendly and Keen to help and assist and advise where to eat, what to see, and where to park. These are the reasons that make small family run hotels a good alternative to chain hotels.

A nice, clean, well-appointed place in a quiet neighborhood. Filippo is a great host and went above and beyond what is expected. What makes a place memorable and enjoyable is always the people, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is a little away from downtown but walkable. Filippo not only picked us up and dropped us off at the train station on the first and last day, he also ran us to town on a few other occasions. The tips on restaurants and places to visit were wonderful, too. We would totally recommend it. P

Such a warm family atmosphere breakfast in the garden homemade cakes and an exceptional guide to the best of Padua written by our host Filippo, who also helped with travel from train station and provided an excellent map and directions. Especial thanks for local specialty recommendations and the slow Italian cooking of Gourmetteria . This BnB really has soul.

If i had to be picky, I would say that i would thicker curtains in the toilet.

Visiting Filippo and his family is like visiting the house of your childhood best friend. They are some of the kindest and most hospitable people I have ever met in my travels, and they made the stay feel like i never left home. Filippo is super helpful and super knowledgeable, and he provided me with a lot of information about Padova along with maps and detailed description. Now on to the apartment itself. First of all, i had the double bedroom that was on the level of the garden. The apartment itself was furnished with lots of love and attention to make it feel as cosy as possible. It was also spotless and well supplied and equipped. There was an abundance or places to sit and rest. The bed was great (neither super firm nor super soft). The central cooling was also great, and there was an abundance of plugs and lights. The toilet was very clean and had everything you might need. And finally, the cherry on top was the great breakfast. There was a generous table with snacks, and you can ask for eggs, ham, cheese.. that were fresh or in case of the eggs prepared fresh on demand. It was a great way to start a long travel filled day. There is a bus that passes nearby every 20-30 mins, so plan when you leave well. Otherwise, you might end up waiting. This bus, however makes it all the way to the center of the town and is a great connection. Overall, if i could give this place more than 10, i would. When i eventually come back, I would definitely only stay with them (if they would have me 😁)

The host and his family were all amazing, the room very cozy! We loved the attention to detail not only in regards to the decoration but also practicality. We came with a little kid and there was a little stool in the bathroom that made it possible for him to reach the sink and wash himself. The breakfast was great, the location as well, since we were with a car and there was a parking place at the property. Even though it was a short stay we enjoyed it and would come back for sure!

I cant't find enough words to describe beauty of this place and hospitality of the owners. The whole place is about personal touch in every detail. Filippo was very forthcoming and informative about Padova and its surroundings. We won't forget soon delicious breakfast we had in the garden. Hope we would be able to come back one day.
