We can't think of anything that the hosts could do to make the place better. One word of caution if you are very tall - the internal doors and the bathroom door especially are very low. We blutacked a postcard to the lintel of the doorway to remind us not to bump our heads. But this is not a complaint as we loved the character and design of the interior.

Position in the old town was wonderful - perched just under the castle walls and just above and part of a web of narrow cobbled streets. The view from the terrace was fantastic ... down over the city and to the river Tema beyond, on to the sea at Bosa Marina , and up to the mountains behind. One end of our room and the tiny bathroom were both carved out out of the foundation rock of the castle. You couldn't dream up a more romantic setting. The shared kitchen is well equipped, with a gas hob, coffee maker etc. and is stocked with many basics so you are not starting from scratch whether you are cooking a meal or making breakfast. The hot water is reliable, and our host, Guiseppe let us make use of the washing machine. Giuseppe was very helpful, and arranged for bike hire at a very reasonable price, so we could cycle to the Marina and closer access to Cala 'e Moro and other rocky coves (great snorkelling beaches) further along the coast.

The walk was difficult but not too bad.

The terrace was absolutely gorgeous and the rooms were nicely furnished and clean.

The bathroom....was a bit stinky even though they clean it everyday which I appreciate...

The location was perfect! The room was small but cozy..The bed was comfortable and the terrace was unbelievable! There is a shared diving area where you can make coffee and cook, very clean and nice. I really like the view from the terrace because you are close to the castle and you can see Bosa from above!

The accommodation is very atmospheric, located in the very center of the old town, close to everything. The service was very smiling and nice. All guests have access to a nice roof terrace.

That there wasn't a possiblility to park close. I had to park "far away" to the residence. With luggage, this was a problem.

For those sensitive to noise, early waking up by surrounding noise around 06:00-07:00 may be ardous. But if you are on holidays in such a lovely place, don't waste your time on sleeping: just wake up with the town!

Great location in a climatic old part of Bosa, good contact with the owner, clean and perfectly equipped kitchen. Terrace is fantastic fgor evening meals. Tea and coffee in abundance - an important added value. During our stay (beginning of July) there were no other visitors, so we had a shared bathroom for us.

We absolutely loved our stay in Bosa! Giuseppe was a wonderful guest, we are so grateful for all his help and kindness during our stay. The rooftop terrace has epic views. The room is spacious, clean and well organized. The whole experience was superb and we would definitely stay again. Grazie mille!

Wifi almost non-existent. Comes and goes (anx mostly gone!) I was there for a working holiday so affected me badly. Had to buy more data, which is not the end of the world, but i suspect the place is rated down by others due to this. Which is a shame as.it should be easy to sort out?

Very nice place. Would recommend it. The patio is shared and so is the bathroom. Location is amazing. Vey good communication. Loved my 2 days there.

We were unable to stay in this establishment for the simple reason that the owners of the place were not present on September 19, 2023 either at 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. to welcome us. We had to find new accommodation urgently, as you can imagine. No information was provided to us before our arrival to indicate the path to the house, as it is inaccessible by car. Where is the free parking nearby???? Only one message was sent to us at 7:15 p.m..... You can take it out of your accommodation panel. Unsatisfied and very unhappy customers

Very clean. Guiseppe and Lucia are friendly and willing to help you. The location is in the city center and there’s a rooftop at theirs house where you can watch a beautiful sunrise and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.

We booked 3 nights but stayed only 1 as the place is horrible. We were put in some small room that looked like a basement, with a little window that allowed only a bit of air in. The room has no a/c, you need to bend down to get into the bathroom. If you’re over 180 cm tall you need to shower bent down. The place was not clean, our room was full of sand and had some dark hair on the floor. This was by far the worst Booking experience we’ve ever had. Do not recommend at all.
