This place is owesome, we had two passcode to get into the building, this by itself made us feel very safe. Location wise, it is in the heart of city center and waling distance to a multiple plazas, Tons of restaurants surround this location. Inside the room furnitures are antique and will take you down the history line. Overall very happy anw would recomend it. The only thing that can be improved in my opinion would be their Tub/shower, very slippery 😀

The bathrooms sinks are so very small, I always had to mop the floor. I know that it was the only way to have bathrooms for each rooms, which is more important.

People were very helpful and although I booked a smaller room with no view, accepted me to move to a superior room (with an extra cost, of course). The room was cleaned every day.

The street can be a bit noisy at night, but that’s not every night.

Great location. Sort of central to a lot of things without being on the busy tourist beat. Easy to walk around and lots of variety of eateries and shops in the general area.

Everything was great! Noticed something that needed repair and it was done before we returned from being out.

The location, this neighborhood was just magical. Full of boutiques, restos, cafés and so much charm. The other worldly view, like in a film. Comfortable soft bedding and fluffy towels (a must for me)

If you are a larger individual, the showers are quite small. Also, would recommend rubber shower mats as base of showers are very slippery. Has a washer but no dryer so must hang but this is typical in Italy. Does have towel warmer which helps to dry towels.

Was perfect for two couples , each room with private bath and privacy. Accommodations are very clean, beds are very comfortable and is stocked with everything you need. Location is good with reasonable walking to city center.

This is an excellent location. The little balcony was sweet, with a great view of the rooftops and nearby churches. The bed was comfortable, and it was all very clean! Lovely for an older building!

Clean, beautiful room (the balcony view is amazing!) that’s located in a neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. Just out of the way of the main tourist areas, but close enough to walk to all attractions. Highly recommend!

That we only had one key to share between us.

A comfortable apartment with a spectacular view of the city center. It was wonderful to sit next to the Juliet balcony and look over the ancient streets, domes of basilicas and sky line. Everything was within walking distance!

The room was very small The elevator was tiny ( and not for the faint hearted ! ) The mattress on one of the beds needed replacing as it was very saggy ! ( signage on the way up the stairs may also have been helpful to help locate the premises ) ( Had we realised we couldn’t store our bags we would have booked elsewhere €22 to store bags at a baggage storage facility for 7 hours )

Not a soap/shampoo holder in shower. I cannot think of ONE other thing that we didn't like. Even the elevator that should be in a movie, I grew to love....

Location is PERFECT, we walked everywhere, the shops, ATM, farmacia, restaurants, bars right outside door or 2 minute walk. Very secure and VERY quiet....awesome tiny balcony, but sufficient for 2. Air conditioner that keeps the room cool. Bed comfy, staff came in every day and made up room, clean towels every 3rd(?). . Wine glasses,coffee cups, hot pot, little refrigerator, coffee, hair dryer.GREAT place that won't break the bank

Italy was experiencing a heat wave, and the air conditioner was very old and not able to cool the entire room without keeping the bathroom door shut.

Very nice room, small but adequate and clean. The terrace was very small, but enough for 2 adults to sit facing each other and enjoy the view.
