Very small bathroom, no window in one of the rooms of family double room with common bathroom (Rosa), the breakfast lady who didn't speak one word english

Location is great, althoug we didn't use the oportunity to walk to Mulino hot springs ...The breakfast is served to the room.

We arrived on time at the appointment hour, but were waiting for more than 1 hour to get our room. The administrator did not respond to our messages. So, we must to call her several times to finally get the information about our room. The same problems had another guests too.

We requested vegan breakfast in advance, only Soya cappuccino was available, no other choices. Poor service. The bed was not comfortable at all , and the pillow too.

The location is great , just 1 km away from Saturnia hot springs. Access with free parking available. Close to Saturnia town as well.

A little confusing on how to get in as everything was done via internet and I had limited coverage. A wine cork and glasses would've been nice.

Rooms were old and in need of update Aircon could be operated and rooms were very musty and stale and would not recommend this to anybody.

The wi-fi in the facility was very slow and almost didn't work. Also, the facility could offer a common area for guests who have checked out but are waiting for their friends.

The room is comfortable and the house is very well located.

The room was very small for two people and felt very outdated. The bathroom felt clean however the shower curtain made it difficult to have a comfortable shower. The room and bedding could be cleaner and unfortunately one of the staircases on the property is not in good condition so I tripped and lightly cut my hand on the rusted metal stair rail which was quite uncomfortable. I suggest the stairs and stair rail get repaired to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

Great location for a one night stay to be close driving distance to the Saturnia Hot Springs.

It was very hot the day we stayed and it said it included AC but it wasn’t working so we didn’t have the best night and also the room smelled a bit like humid but we had a great time also we thought it had a view but it just had a view to an internal garden but no to Tuscany valleys.

it’s very close to the cascate del molino so it’s nice if you want to go for a long period of time and also the breakfast was great, Lots of salty and sweet things so it was great. The lady was very kind she just speaks Italian ☺️

location. Contact on check in-most people do not have readily available internet while traveling, this location relied that you were going to get their messages. I had to make sure I was in a location to get their message the day before we checked in, then on they did not actually give me check in info they told me they would send it the next day -meaning I had to try to get on internet while traveling (through the mountains) because they did not send me an actually location we had to go by general area to try to get close and then find internet to get the actual message

The B&B actually has 2 locations and when I booked I thought I was in walking distance of the Terme pools of Saturnia-I was not. I am not sure what in the description /choice would have clued me in to that the description clearly stated distance from attraction but when I made contact they clarified I was not in walking distance but could park my car at that location and then walk<that is very nice but I wanted to be able to go and not protect the seat of the car- leave my belongings and not be concerned, my husband was the only listed driver on the car and did not want to bathe so I could not just go-he had to drive me and sit there and wait. The actual location was beautiful <maybe more than the one closer but just not what I booked looking for.

rooms very small , crowded, small shower. breakfast was only cakes , no bread .

it was out in the country, we chose it bc it’s close to the warm water falls. there was a coffee machine in the room .

Arrived at the property earlier but was misunderstood with directions advise. Told her we are already at the reception. But for some reason, She directed me to drive out of the property & took us 1 hr to follow her directions & end up to where we originally arrive . Wasted 1 hr of our time with miscommunication 😤. Property look a lot smaller then on the photo . No amenities to hang out besides the porch just outside our room. Rather deceiving. Hardly anyone at the reception for personal touch.

It is comfortable & breakfast was good & friendly service. All necessary information was directed with whatsapp communication. Plus she text about recommending 2 restaurant . La Solina (5 mins drive) was exellent if you like meat.

The room was stuffy, there is no air conditioner. We could not open the door or window, because there are lizards and huge hornets outside, on the terrace

good breakfast (Italian variant), served on the terrace, friendly staff, not far from cascade (Terme di Saturnia ), 10-15 min. walk, free parking. Acceptable for one night, no more.
