The balcony is not private, it is a "corridor" balcony that every guest uses to go to the room or go downstairs, and passes by the glass door and windows of your room, i.e., nice view on the farm, but if you want privacy you have to close the curtains. That was dissapointing because the view was very green and nice

The food and service at the restaurant were amazing. It was haute cuisine, home made and portions had the right size. No need to go for a kebabb afterwards!. I was really positively surprised. Big compliments! The room was really spacious. Beautiful refurbished old style furniture. The bed comfortable, tee and coffee availble. Very good breakfast (all home made, to my understanding) and nice personel.

Unfortuantly even if it is agroculture it is to close to animals. Plenty flys in the room snd during breakfast. Specific agriculture/animal/cows/milk smell present everywhere. This is only my private feeling. Place overpriced by around 20-30%. Restaurant open only during weekends which is not clearly specified in the offer. You cannot even buy s bottle of vine in the evening :( and the last : they are not able to issue an invoice on place - still waiting to get it trought email. Good place when traveling with dogs. Continental breakfast which is as an extra strongly overpriced even is products quality id good, agdin flyghts are a nightmare..

Really nice location on the countryside close to Milano. Pets accepted. Nice room, clean and spacious.

If you like animals, arquitecture, antique forniture, tranquillity, courtesy and genuine food this place has it all. It was regenereting and rinvingoreting to spend a night here as the beauty and peacefulness are remarkable. The cows are super freindly and we spent some time with them with pleasure. The roasters are out and about, chanting with fierece in the morning and that is part of the pitoresque soundtrack of this magical place. Lattelier, the small shop present in the structure, has many delicacies to offer and the attention to details is everywhere.

The cock crow of the roosters in the garden just outside our window starting 2.30am was a nightmare Unfortunately the restaurant on site was closed. The recommended restaurant "Antica Osteria" was not the best value for money

It was a hot day and the rooms have air conditioning, but because it's a farm you might want to keep the windows closed anyway because of the smell of the cows.

Breakfast with selfmade and local products was really nice. There is a small shop so you can take a few favourite products home with you.

Hotel cleaning staff would throw away food which did not belong to them. The heating couldn't be adjusted

Just smaller details. We were a bit surprised that the breakfast wasn`t included in our price. BUT it is worth eating there. Also, they clean the room... and they clean EVERYTHING. I'm not saying this is bad, but don`t be surprised to find things thrown out, they think is trash, or find all your clothes you had lying around (clean or not) thrown together in the hamper baskets. Also check the basket behind the door of the bathroom;-) Our neighbors didn`t find one of their pyjamas and a box of leftover food they had, was also thrown out. So leave notes on stuff you don't want thrown out. Last thing... the walls are very thin, but this seems to be quite normal in Italy.

We went for a wedding that was held at that place - which was AMAZING! The place is really great for the families. You can go see the cows and there is a play ground which the kids enjoyed. The food tasted so good, and all of their own made joghurts and gelatos were simply amazing. Everyone that works there is very friendly and easy going. Our room was very beautiful and quite big. We had room Gia which was made up of 2,5 rooms and private bathroom, which was very clean. Our room had 3 queen size beds. In addition, exiting our room, we shared a small kitchen area/sitting area with our neighboring room, which turned out to be really great (as they were old friends of ours, visiting the wedding) and so it was a great private place for only us to sit together, talk and drink coffee (the coffee maker there was really great). Last note: Although it's a farm and the smell of the cows is always present, you did not smell anything in the room!

Nothing, it was a great place to stay for a night. Our 2 kids (2 and 5 years old) had a blast with all the cows, the playground and the space they had to run around.

We picked the "international" breakfast. It was really, really good. You can tell most products at the breakfast table were even organic or coming out of the region (a lot from the farm itself).
