I cannot give a better review on the accommodation than just stay there. Clean, comfortable, central. Nothing too much trouble for Francesca. All his suggestions and advice were spot on.

If I could rate higher than a 10 I would, everything was amazing, the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable and the service from Francesco was amazing. The whole stay greatly exceeded my expectations and we were very sad to be leaving!

What a great apartment! Clean, modern, well-equipped, and comfortable, with gorgeous views out over the city. The snacks and cold drinks were particularly welcome after a long day of exploring! Our host, Francesco, was extremely welcoming and friendly, and gave us a huge amount of information and advice about Bologna. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Thank you, Francesco :)

Beautiful property, light & airy, great central location. Host was super helpful and friendly recommending places to eat in the city. Free drinks & snacks in the room including a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Excellent communication and easy check in. We really enjoyed our stay thank you! Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay, and would recommend to all who want to stay in Bologna. The place is very well-located, and our room was immaculately clean. Francesco was so lovely and very helpful. The room was modern with lots of storage and space and great views. The bed was comfortable. There were also lots of thoughtful snacks and drinks provided.

Nothing; perfect stay !

Everything about this hotel was basically perfect, but the cherry on the top was the keeper of the hotel, Francesco, and his kindness, friendliness and helpfulness. He truly elevated our stay from great to amazing, especially with his restaurant recommendations. Extremely clean and tidy all around, rooms looked better in real than in photos (which is quite uncommon), filled to the brim with snacks and other nice attentions, central location (5 minutes away from city center), great view of the city and extremely comfortable beds. Bathroom was very spacious, with all the necessary amenities and some more.

It is obvious to say the place is clean, with an amazing view on picturesque streets , comfortable bed and very spacious shower. The location is very close to city center and all the main atrractions. But what i really want to highlight is the host Francesco. Francesco was absolutely amazing, he helped us find a close parking spot, did absolutely everything to make our stay as delightful as possible. He even made an effort to get us a table at Bolognese restaurants and his recommendations were superb. I will stay there again on my next visit to Bologna and highly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay

Exceptionally cosy, clean, and beautiful. Have never stayed in better private accommodation, it was better than a hotel actually. The host was amazing and really attentive as well. I highly recommend.

The road was a bit noisy at night.

We chose the room with the separate bathroom. We were aware of this arrangement and the bathroom was private and very clean. However, would opt for room with own bathroom next, for practical reasons and privacy.
