We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Having free food gives such an opportunity to relax and enjoy the hotel, it's so much better than paying for a fancy place and still feeling pressured to avoid expensive drinks and food items.

What a great find in Milan! The staff go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Lots of extras including a 24hr snack bar with beer and wine and a tasty buffet for breakfast, afternoon nibbles, and apperitivo - all complimentary. There is a small terrace for an afternoon drink and lots of seating inside to enjoy your snacks as well. The rooms size was big for Europe and the bed was very comfortable.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Axyhotels. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms and facilities were beautiful, modern and clean. And the hotel was very generous offering a free mini bar and all day snacks/drinks in the foyer which was such a treat! The suburb is a vibrant area with great bars/cafes. Would 100% stay here again next time we visit Milan.

Perfect for the price. The service and kindness of the staff is AMAZING. I am a Plastic Surgeon and I travel a lot for conferences. The kindness and empathy of the staff is impressive. The facilities are very good, but the service is on another level. I felt like I had a personal concierge permanently. The hotel has permanent food available free of charge. 24/7

Canadalocation at night was a little sketchy, but I felt safe
Hotel was in great location, 2min walk to the Metro. Staff were super friendly and helpful, check-in was a breeze. The all day refreshment bar was a lovely touch after a long day of touring. The room was updated and clean, slightly on the smaller side but its Europe. Many nice restaurants in the area to walk to and about at 20-30 min walk to the center of Milan.

When you first arrive at the hotel it doesn’t look inviting, but once you’re inside it is beautiful and modern. Free snacks, wine, etc., and free minibar also make your stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

AustraliaThis hotel was magnificent. It included everything we'd need and then more than we could have expected. While the rooms may be considered small by some, it's made up for the fact that there is significant inclusions in the price of the room to make your stay absolutely amazing. Minibar included, Breakfast, brunch, before dinner snacks included. Drinks included 24/7 including beer, wine and soft drinks. We could not have asked for more from our stay. It was the perfect base.

United Arab EmiratesI personally didn’t like how it was a 25-30 min walk from some of the major sites in the city but it was so peaceful compared to the hotels surrounding the Duomo so I guess it’s a great alternative.
This hotel is a really great option if you want to be close to a lot of nice shops in Milan. The service and staff are very helpful and kind. My favorite part is the complimentary aperitivo.

The hotel experience is exquisite. The room features modern facilities with details. The location can’t be better. It’s near the subway/tram and Milan Central Train Station. There's a nice grocery store just five minutes away, and several good restaurants, including a Michelin restaurant right across the street. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. The experience couldn't be better! Highly recommend.
