There was not anything that we did not like, we were able to work around the fact that closet space is very small

The breakfast was wonderful, the rooftop restaurant was outstanding and made exceptional by servers Eugenio and Raphael. The location was great for closeness to major sites, the room was comfortable and clean although smaller than desired for closet size.

The upgraded rooms were worth it with all the "extras" and enough room for big luggage and people to move around. Staff very nice and professional.

A minor note was that the room doors were heavy and so when guests would exit the rooms you could always hear the doors slamming. At times it was distracting especially early or late in the night. The other minor pain point was the shower. While nicely appointed, water always seemed to escape the shower and end up on the floor. However, neither of these items would prevent me from staying here again.

The room was comfortable and clean. It had nice dark out curtains if you wanted to sleep in. We loved the ability to control our room temperature directly from our room. The location around the hotel felt safe and there was always staff in the lobby to help. The car service offered by the hotel was on time and used very nice vehicles and drivers. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast did not disappoint and the free mini bar was a very nice touch! The breakfast is exactly what you see in pictures and Alessandro and his staff are attentive and the perfect way to start your day in Rome!

Of course, paying less would have been great. At $650 per night it was at the top of our price range. However, the value and quality of the experience made the higher cost more palatable. We got the 5-star experience that we paid for. We felt pampered. Every request was promptly and kindly fulfilled. There was no view, except of a drab inner-courtyard, from our room window and the rooftop bar view was also limited.

The front desk provided excellent service from handling baggage to making dinner reservations at local, authentic restaurants. The car service to/from FIO was excellent with a clean Mercedes and friendly driver. We had to wait a few minutes at check-in but were escorted to a comfortable waiting lounge where there were self-serve hot tea and pastries available. Alessandro and the breakfast staff were fantastic. Breakfast included not only a variety of the expected breakfast fare but also an in-house made selection of pastries that were world-class. The fruit was fresh and flavorful. The staff kept your cup full of cappuccino or Americano. The hotel is located on the Via Nationale which is a major downtown street that was safe and gave excellent walking access to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and other major attractions. It was also just 5 minutes walk to the I Love Rome hop-on, hop-off bus stop at Termini Station. The items in the free mini-bar were free and the bar was fully restocked daily. The refreshments were a great plus when returning after a hot walking tour.

The Hotel Artemide was beautiful! The location was great, the staff was friendly and so accommodating, the rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast was excellent! Also, the food and ambiance of the rooftop restaurant was excellent! I would highly recommend!!

No changes! Great location, courteous staff, lovely rooms.

The room was extremely nice. We had a deluxe double room, which I highly recommend. Plenty of room to spread out a bit and relax. Bathroom was a good size. Shower could have been a bit larger, but was already larger than most and worked out very well. I would definitely stay here again!

No major sites extremely close, but Rome is a large city. We were still able to walk everywhere except the Vatican. Our room was smaller, but we spent very little time there any way!

Great location and tremendous hotel for a clean and nice hotel accompanied with 5-star service and breakfast. The bar/restaurant on the rooftop was an added bonus to have onsite. We would stay here again!

All the details made for an excellent stay. Impressed with the fact that your room amenities, drinks and snacks were all included as well as breakfast. The restaurant is excellent. Everything was spotless and all the staff took great care in their work to be helpful in all areas. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very small, but given the fact that it was quiet and the price was right made the size of the room not as important. Would much rather have a smaller quiet room than a large room that was not as quiet.

Really liked the breakfast provided, which was amazing. Also, the room was cool, dark, and quiet. Although we traveled to many cities on this trip, believe we got the best sleep in this hotel.
