Unfortunately, the breakfast does not include vegan and organic foods such as plant-based drinks, oat flakes, etc. I would suggest including these foods as well.

The room was small but clean, air conditioned and in my case very quiet as I had a window facing the courtyard. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the metro Libia. The gym free of charge was a nice surprise. Breakfast included bread, eggs, cheese, ham, vegetables, fruit, sweet pastries and hot drinks. I was expecting only croissants according to earlier reviews, so I was pleasantly surprised.

The beds were not comfortable but I was able to sleep. They served their purpose.

The staff was very friendly, professional, patient, kind and ALWAYS greeted us with a smile. I would describe the hotel decor as modern, eclectic chic! So pretty! Our room was so nice, clean. The front desk staff was so helpful with getting us a cab for airport transportation and suggesting a great restaurant for me and my mom! Definitely recommend!

Breakfast wasn't the best but honestly you can't complain too much for a free breakfast. There was also no coffee masking facilities in the room which is a bit unusual but ultimately not the end of the world

Room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. Extra duvets and pillows were a nice touch, staff were also very nice and the hotel was easy to get around. Great amenities in the room as well as the hotel itself

Breakfast was very minimal - a couple of pastries or yoghurts and an orange juice or coffee. We ate out instead.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room got upgraded for free which was great but our families didn't - their rooms were equally pleasant and a great escape from the hustle and bustle of central Rome. Brilliant for a place to base ourselves.

Breakfast didn't have many options. On the first day no one took out the trash and the liquid soap ended.

The aircon is not cold enough to make us comfortable esp. at night quite warm. The staff ii dining is not friendly enough and difficult to communicate as not speaking English and menus no English translation difficult to know what kind of dish we are ordering or how much would it cost for dinner, miscommunication happened and we ended up paying big amount for our dinner.

the staff forgot to empty the rubbish bin in my room on the last day of my stay,Breakfast was not satisfactory either, they partnered with a restaurant to provide breakfast, it was not a buffet in the traditional sense, you had to order and the taste were under level.

The hotel is not in the city centre, but it is easily accessible and the rooms are good enough for a temporary stay of a few days.

However, the shower experience was unpleasant due to water spilling everywhere. Additionally, they didn't replenish the water and provided unlabelled toiletries in the bathroom. The noise level at night was very high, with both external and internal sounds making it difficult to sleep.

There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that provides easy access to the heart of Rome. The room, staff, and breakfast were acceptable.

First day there was no AC and I had to open the windows. This hotel is right on a busy road so there was a lot of noise.

Staff was very helpful. They kept my luggage for a day, when I went to another city.. Bus stop right outside of Hotel and Express bus (90) takes you to Roma Termini in less than 25 minutes.

The shower is okay but inside the bathtub. As I am big, not very confotable/convenient. The breakfast is okay but not self service. You order for the staffs, not many options and no fruits.

The Hotel is very good and the family room is ideal for couple with children/teenagers. Enough space for 4 luggagues. The hotel is well located (near by train and Subway) but not in the center. First time the neighborhood looks strang, but after a walk nice place with restaurants. There is a train staiation called Rome Nomentane (something like that) 5 minuts walk from the hotel and direct from the airport. Unfortunately the hotel dont told me that, and I booked a driver with them from the airport to the hotel.

All good, they just didn’t have plastic forks but they were out of stock, it’s ok. Very poor diversity of breakfast positions. Only few croissants, yogurts, cakes plus coffee.

It’s very clean and Cousy, it’s a good place to sleep well.
