Value for money is poor! Rooms are old, mattresses are old and in a 4 day stay they didn’t clean the room once. I carried 3 suitcases up the stairs, the receptionist walked up to the room with me but didn’t bother to help me. I booked twin rooms and every night they told us they will separate the beds but never did

Location is a little bit out of the centre but I really liked it. Close to the river and some nice spots

We liked everything

The garden where we had breakfast was so vibrant and lovely but it was really the staff that made our stay so memorable. They were so helpful, kind, and positive, we really did have the best time staying at this hotel!

booked for the economy room, paying 60 euros per night! Without a refrigerator, with the room that smelled like a cellar! dirty bed cover! Located on the ground floor, behind the hotel, where there were changing rooms, and washing machine! I'm sorry I didn't take the pictures, I just forgot!

I initially booked the room for 5 days when I was supposed to book 3. Sadly I paid for the stay upfront during booking. My spouse caught the error about one hour later and I started working on fixing the booking. I called the hotel and they told me they could not do anything to help since I booked on booking.com. So I went there and tried to change the booking. It took a few hours for booking to respond and refuse the change. (turns out it was the hotel that refused, hence the delay). I then called booking on the phone and they tried to call the hotel and change the booking. Again the hotel refused. So when we arrived we found the room dirty, even dust bunnies on the floor. A leak in the bathroom made a puddle there and the window could not be fully closed. When we checked out after three days the clerk again tried to blame booking and told us how he could have helped us if only we had booked directly with them. I do understand he could not just admit the truth, that they already had our money and thus no motivation to help us fix my second mistake (the number of days. my first mistake was booking there in the first place). So know that this hotel WILL try to take advantage of you if you go there.

The location of the Hotel is very good. Thats about the only good thing about the hotel.

There is nothing to criticize!

Everything was great, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful (our air conditioning somehow stopped working in the night but someone from the hotel repaired it immediately)! It is a ~15 minute walk to the city and the hotel is easy to find. Moreover, you can park your car for 10€ in the closed off parking space, which was really great! We would definitely come there again.

The hotel was perfect! Big, comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast is delicious with fresh baked pastries, a great variety of things and a beautiful outdoor garden. The best was the staff, from the moment we arrived at the reception to the moment we left. Super friendly, like the italian way :)
