It's expensive, like very expensive, but it's the center of Lake Garda so you expect that. The only real fault in the room was the shower - the cabin was tiny, claustrophobic even. The breakfast is offered in a cafe downstairs and it's a menu, not buffet. It's yummy food, but we spent like an hour waiting for our order and it only opens at 8:30, so on the day of departure we couldn't have breakfast because we had to leave early. One thing if you are stupid as I am -> one of the first photos on Booking for this hotel is the pool, so I thought the hotel has a pool. I was mistaken, there is no pool.

The location - it's right in the center of town with all sights, lakeside, restaurants etc. 3 minutes away. It also offers parking onsite with an affordable price (13 euro). The room was beautiful, spacious and modern, with a balcony, huge TV, super comfy bed. Alessia at the front door was super nice and helpful.

All the staff were so friendly. We especially want to mention eaman on reception so helpful and nice to chat with nothing too much trouble thank you. Also lovely girl served us breakfast/brunch 10.30 to 2 oclock each morning and gluten free choice so happy. Good value too choose three dishes. Fresh towels water each day. Great location very central. Walking distance to the hub of lake garda. Really enjoyed our stay.

The only downside was the shower, the cubicle was very small for us as we are both tall.

Fantastic location right in the centre of things. Welcome drink was a nice touch also. The staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean ans functional, comfy bed.

Best location in centrum. The hotel interior is minimalist, clean n tidy. The staffs are very kind n so helpful… especially ema with his nice smile. The brunch is so good…

Wasn't really anything we didn't like. We were travelling around Italy so had fairly big cases which made the room seem a little small, but that wasn't an issue.

The location was perfect. About a 15 minute walk from the train station which was really handy. The hotel was also near the lake so getting around was really easy. The hotel was clean and fresh. The staff were super friendly and really helpful when we needed information like booking ferry's, taxis, etc. Would definitely stop here again. Lots of restaurants, shops, nearby.

I have very little to complain about! The shower was a little small. And it was hard to keep the water from getting into the rest of the bathroom.

Emanuel was so friendly and helpful in checking us in. Our room was fantastic and lovely and clean and comfortable. Great amenities. The hotel was in a great location and the Cafe on the ground floor was fantastic. Lovely food and drink all day long. The staff there were also lovely. Very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is on the central island of peschiera and is surrounded by amazing eateries and bars. It was only a 15 minute walk from the train station and was a lovely place to return to after a long day out and about.

AC didn't quite get the room down to the required temp, obviously struggling in the very hot weather, & switched off when you leave the room, so had to start cooling when you walked in instead of walking into a cool room! Shower was good, but a small cubicle, & doors didn't seal properly. NO Coffee in the rooms, Only Tea!

Cleanliness (questionable) - The room assigned to us had an ammonia pee smell in the toilet. We weren't sure if it was poor drainage or poor housekeeping, we had a bad night's sleep as we only got into the room in the evening. However when we told the reception, they immediately changed the room for us and got us a nicer room, so thank you for the great service!

Location wise it is fantastic - central and easy to arrive by car, with convenient parking on site. Room - We had the standard room which is fine, bed was comfortable. Breakfast - There is a cafe at the hotel and they served a very good breakfast, highly recommended. Serve - great!

There was a discreet smell of urine in the bathroom, I think because of the sink.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was big enough for 2 adults and a kid. They don't have an actual closet, so we had to keep our clothes in our trollers, but for one night it was ok.
