Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff provided exceptional service, especially Irina and Tilli! We loved the quiet less busy neighborhood. Property and the room were comfortable, clean and well maintained. Hotel was a perfect escape from the madness of tourist crowded streets in inner Florence.

CanadaThe hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the full breakfast buffet (eggs, bacon, pastries, meats/cheeses). The location is a 15 min walk from the tourist area and Ponte Vecchio so it was a very quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. Our room was spotless and the bathroom/shower was spacious.

CanadaThe front desk staff were always there to great you and offer tips and recommendations for the area - Theo was the best! They had a great assortment of food for breakfast daily before we headed out to venture the city for the day. The location is about a 20 min walk to the center of Florence but it’s not far. Walking is just what you do here! It’s also nice that the location is not in the busiest area so it’s quiet to sleep. I would highly recommend Hotel Ariele to anyone!
