Although the host apologised and explained they will be repaired - our room had a floor with broken floorboards. Which made the stay a little uncomfortable.

Beautifully renovated property in the centre of Cagliari. The owner and host was extremely friendly, helpful and lovely. Fantastic freshly made breakfasts and very clean space.

The location is perfect, in the heart of old town, and only a few minutes walk to the train station. The train runs every 20 minutes to the airport and costs €1.30. many sites and starting locations of tours are in short walking distance to the property. Enjoyed the large breakfast table to meet other guests to share experiences, and recommendations. Grazia is a most generous host.

The stairwell leading up to the loft. The labeling of the light fixtures, more hooks needed in the bathroom for towels, robes, etc. other than those few things, it was excellent.

The character and set of the room was fabulous. The host attentiveness was nothing less of excellent. A memorable experience. GRAZIA went above and beyond to get us reservations and attend to our every need,

Great location, the place is incredible, very beautifully made and quiet inside even though it’s in the middle of a busy neighborhood with great life outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we had very good tips for where to eat, how to easily get to some places… and very nice exchanges on different topics. There is no way to park just down the building as it is a pedestrian street, but we had great advice from our host for the “metropark” which is 5 minutes away and an aerial paying parking, which was nice considering our big car usually doesn’t fit into the underground ones. It was around 15euros for 24 hours parking. Would definitely go back to the exact place if we go back to Cagliari, and would also recommend to friends and family without a second thought !

We had a wonderful stay for two nights upon our arrival on the island. This place is perfect for settling in. The rooms are clean, the bed is very cozy, and the amenities are excellent. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating, providing us with a delicious breakfast and a wealth of information about the city. The house itself is beautifully renovated and maintained, featuring many artistic details that highlight its historical significance. It is a classy accommodation in a vibrant city.

Beautiful, serene and tasteful property and our room was so chic and comfortable. The location was fantastic close to many restaurants and easy parking. The breakfast was incredible every day from Sardinian treats to exceptionally made omelettes to order. All that aside Grazia and her staff are incredible people, we felt we stayed with caring family members. From staying late to serve us breakfast the day after we arrived when she knew how long of a journey we had, to having beach towels and umbrella to lend us, to helping us book beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. Great experience that is highly recommended. Felt like being hosted by family. Grazie mille!

The only thing I would change are the towels. They are old and a bit smelly from the mould/overuse.

Very friendly and welcoming owner (Grazia) and staff going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Very comfortable bed and great, central location. The breakfast was wonderful and if you miss it, there is a kitchen accessible to everyone with some snacks and fruits. I highly recommend this place!

Honestly there was nothing I could complain about.

Everything! As soon as we walked up the bustling via Roma in the late afternoon I knew we were in a great spot. We were warmly greeted by Grazie and given all the information we needed. Loved the decor, the room was fabulous and very quiet, super comfy bed, great breakfast.

Beautifully restored apartment in the heart of “Marina” district. Original period features. The owner, Grazia, is incredibly dedicated to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Our bed was extremely comfortable (best mattress we had in Sardinia). 5 metre high ceiling in the master bedroom. Air conditioning throughout. Bright and airy. Friendly breakfast service.
