Best stay in a 11 day trip across Italy. Location is great, with an amazing view of San Gimignano and outside the busy touristic town. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Host were very kind. And an amazing restaurant just a few meters / feet away, made it the best evening of the entire trip. Looking forward to being back one day.

What a gorgeous property with an OUTSTANDING view of San Gimignano and such peaceful surrounding properties. So incredible to be able to walk to the incredible Il Rifugio restaurant. Would go back in an instant.

I suggest checking the layout of each unit first, particularly if you have mobility issues ( we don't but if you need a bedroom on the ground floor....). Though our bathroom was a good size, the shower was small, and for two slim folks, it was definitely a tight squeeze to get in/out of it. Since it appears all the units have a unique layout, the shower size may be different in another unit.

Our true 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment was huge! We never used the kitchen but it was well equipped and large enough for a breakfast table in the center. Living room 1st floor, kitchen second floor, bedrooms/bath 3rd floor. This property has historic significance, it's in the countryside, and you really feel like you are in Italy! Gorgeous view of San Gimignano in the distance, and only a few minutes away by car. The grounds are shared and spacious with chairs for lounging. It appears at least one of the units is separate; the rest have multiple units within each building. We arrived to a running toilet, and the owner was good about having a plumber come to the unit within 2 hours. We never met the owner, but he was very accessible via WhatsApp and the booking.com website (the former is better to communicate with the owner). Despite other guests checked in at the property, it was very quiet! This apartment would be a great spot to stay more than one night and take day trips.

Place is very beautiful and view in incredible, you really feel in Tuscany. Very big bedrooms and comfortable beds. Very well equipped the kitchen. Contact was very easy and good.

The floor layout was a little tough. The guests staying on the 2nd level had to go downstairs to use the bathroom.

Location is beautiful, Views are amazing. The rustic feel, very peaceful. Hosts were very accommodating and really helpful with check in information Plenty of room for our family of 7. Local pizzeria was great for our late arrival.

18€ for a 2hr late checkout is insane. I asked days in advance if I could have checked-out 2hrs later, they said it would be no problem without mentioning ONCE that there would have been an almost 20€ extra charge for it.

The view was absolutely incredible! I think I loved the view from the Airbnb property more than being in the town! Enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the shared lawn (tables, lounge chairs, playground)! The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable! We would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone!!!

I would have appreciated a small welcome pack - coffee, tea, sugar,, milk as we arrived late on Sunday as our flight was delayed and had nothing to eat or drink with us.

We absolutely loved our stay. We booked Melograno apartment n. 4 for 3 nights. Morning coffee on the balcony overlooking beautiful San Gimignano was the perfect beginning of each day. Apartment was huge for a family of 5 with all necessary amenities. We enjoyed every minute. Host was great and helpful too. Perfect and quiet place on the hill in a walking distance to nearby town or 2min by car 👌.

The apartment was spacious with great outdoor space facing San Gimignano. Quiet and cozy. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Easy check-in/check-out. If you plan your trip in October keep in mind to take some mosquito repellents.
