I didn’t like how the air conditioning was only turned on when the hotel deemed it necessary, this led to a couple sweaty, sleepless nights, fine with the window open but no screens so attacked by mosquitoes. It was rough for a couple nights. When the rain stopped and A/C was deemed appropriate, slept like a little bear.

The view was great, it was comfortable, and great included breakfast! The staff were professional and courteous!

Breakfast was the same every day, could be more varied - hotel rooms a little ancient - not a picturesque neighborhood (lots of old shabby and abandoned hotels)

Very good dinner - Breakfast: tea and coffee served directy to the table which was nice, good selection of cakes, a little friut, only few things salty (scrambled eggs, cheese and ham) - but it's still good for italy standard in other hotels everything is sweet;) - very nice and smilig service, the older gentleman serving coffee was realy charming - daily cleaning and towels change - free parking (downhill quite steep, for experienced drivers) - close to explore Tuscany by car

The streets around the hotel looks old and tired with a number of shops and hotels closed down, broken windows and dirty shop fronts and not enough good restaurants close by.

Great breakfast 🤗, excellent coffee and a good location to use as a base for day trips to Montepulciano, Pientza and the other pretty villages in Tuscany.

No AC in the room. It had a thermostat, but it didn’t work. Opening windows helped slightly. Noisy guests above us made it difficult to sleep till they quieted down.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Included breakfast was nice. Proximity to the interstate was great.

Walls are thin so noise travels. Enough to disturb my sleep. Next time, I use ear plugs. One socket and lamp in my room were dead. No big deal.

All was good. Clean, warm. Breakfast was good as was the coffee, Great views from my balcony.

I had a very warm welcome into the property and the hosts took a real interest in my travels and where I'd been which made for a nice start to my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was great, homemade cakes and croissants with a good cup of coffee. The hosts made sure whether I needed anything else for breakfast before I checked out which was nice. Plenty of parking around the back of the hotel in a secure private carpark. Hotel located in a quiet part of the town, ideal for a solo traveler looking for a good place to stay for the night. Thank you for the lovely hospitality.

The hotel doesn’t provide amenities, room with no kettle or a coffe macchine. Very noisy, housekeeping staff around very loud early in the morning. Very disappointing breakfast, I actually had no possibility to have something to eat. No dairy products or omelette available on request, very limited breakfast with no fruit options available or juices, scrambled eggs with a very weird color and few slices of bacon. Staff not really friendly!!

The bed was different than the one shown in the photos. The shower needed a good rinse before use. The location is close to the main street, but the area is very old and empty.

The room was spacious and the view of the Tuscan landscape was amazing. There was a parking spot for the car. The host was nice and made coffee during breakfast.
