I wouldn't complain about anything but I wish we had upgraded our room to have a terrace and more hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff would be good

Just over 15minute walk to San Marco, but great value for money. Room size is good and very clean. Great customer service and the staff there are amazing. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful.

Good selection of breakfast foods and lovely staff serving breakfast in the morning. Room was a mix of modern and venetian style. We stayed in the annex just across the main hotel building and honestly didn’t make any difference. The rooms were very clean and overall a great place to stay!

Excellent location, quieter area but still within walking distance to everything. Shops, restaurants, cafes. Very easy access to and from Marco Polo airport via the airport Ferry shuttle. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was a great size with large bathroom and very clean.

Towels could have been fluffier.

Great location in a slightly quieter part of Venice but still a very short walk to all the sights. Great proximity to a ferry stop. Good AC to come home to after a long hot day of exploring!

Nothing it was perfect

Perfect location 1 min to the water taxi lovely quiet area yet 10 min walk to Rialto. Train station 10 mins on water taxi. Rooms and breakfast brilliant. Couldn't fault would definitely return.

Room, breakfast and internet was great. Internet seems to be upgraded to 1 Gb service, which was surprising after reading some older reviews with complains for WiFi speed. Hotel stuff was helpful.

Everything was perfect.

Lovely quiet very clean hotel in the Santa Croce area of Venice. Close to San Stae ferry stop on Grand Canal. The room has everything. Fridge, hot water jug, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Hotel is in a non tourist part of Venice so you are amongst the locals yet it is only a 15 minute walk to Railway station and 20 minute walk to San Marco.

The WiFi speed was a little slow.

The location was excellent. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The room was clean, large, and had every creature comfort you could ask for.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It's located centrally, a short walk from Rialto Bridge and offers good access to attractions. Good selection of breakfast items and a very friendly staff.

We really liked the hotel. Location was very convenient for the central station and all the tourist interests. Staff were super friendly. We've met 3 receptionists, all were very nice and offered very useful advices. The room was very spacious, beautiful romantic Venetian decor, equipped with kettle, tea and coffee, bed was super comfortable. Venice was just so pretty, we really enjoyed our holiday.

The room would have been easily able to have a fridge - which it didn't. I would have liked that. Also, the lack of screens meant we couldn't keep the windows open without worrying about mosquitos - and such beautiful windows should be open :) otherwise, perfect!

The room was beautiful and glamorous. The little garden is adorable and pleasant - i wish we'd had our breakfast there :) the staff were helpful and friendly - the breakfast staff especially were accommodating and kind. The street is cute and VERY close to the Stae street Alilliguna (water bus) stop.

There is nothing that we did not like

The location is perfect, the staff super helpful, nice and smiling all the time. The room is clean, fancy and spacious. The breakfast was really good.

The breakfast room is a bit cramped but the staff do the best they can in the limited space.

Wonderful location right off a vaporetto stop that is less touristed but just a five minute walk from rialto bridge area. Spacious rooms with quaint furnishings and great breakfast.
