The shower, very small and struggled to get hot water.

It is quaint and quirky, the decor and facilities are dated, but the staff more than make up for any short comings. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe staying here, and the location is excellent.

Going up and out through the courtyard.

This is the second time I booked here. Cristina, the owner’s daughter was great. The first time we stayed we were on the same floor as the lobby, the second time we stayed we were on a different floor accessible through the courtyard. This room was larger than the first one. Everything was great, we will likely stay there again.

Very cute place. A location is perfect. Very big room. Nice inner court with a fountain. Personal stuff is very lovely.

My room had an unpleasant oder. The building (entrance and common areas) is rundown and not very pleasant, but clean. The first impression was a bit shocking and a letdown. The breakfast was okay but I could have done without.

I had room 54, which was a large and attractive room. My sister had room 52, which wasn't as nice. The staff is just great, and the location is very central and walkable to most things.

They are very kind, the rooms are very comfortable and close to all the places of interest in Firenze. When I return to the cityi, I will definitely stay with them again.

The curtain in the bathroom didn't work very well. The church bells will wake you up in the morning.

The property was very nice and in a central location. It was easy for me to just walk to most of the places I wanted to see. Bonus that there is a tram nearby that goes straight to the airport. Staff were also nice and helpful. Feels like a home away from home.

There were a few small features that made it feel 3 star like the lack of an entrance and going through different buildings to get to your hotel room or door mats as carpets in the hallway but overall it was a great stay.

Wonderful hospitality from staff. Christina was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean, huge and it was excellently located.

It was a bit hard to find.

The room was lovely and in a great location. The staff was very helpful and even had breakfast available early to accommodate our early departure. We wished we could have stayed longer.

No available electric sockets to charge my phone etc - so I had to unplug the lamp. Could easily rectify with a multi socket extension cable. Not a room with a view, but that didn’t matter to me.

Location superb. Breakfast was great - I enjoyed the relaxing ambience. Just one small suggestion: some nuts/seeds on offer would be a great addition. My single room was small but I felt cosy and safe and I liked it was very quiet. Only sound was from the local church bells in the morning. A bonus there’s a lift. Friendly staff. Room serviced each day. Would love to stay here again.

We (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed 3 nights. Location is perfect, at (short) walking distance from all the main attractions of the city. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful.

There is not much that we did not like. However, there are a few things that would greatly improve the experience: 1. Lack of electric sockets in the room. Those days we have so many devices to charge at night so please put more sockets in the room. 2. Lack of acoustic isolation (especially the door) in the room. It's a bit unpleasant to hear any noise or voice from outside the room.

Central location close to mostly everything we wanted to visit. The room was in a beautiful historic building. Staff is very friendly, helpfull and efficient.
