The room had everything we needed and some extras, like 2 pillows per person and a big frig. Fabio, the owner, was very solicitous, even meeting us when we got lost on the way from the train station to his place and taking us there. He also helped us with the luggage.

Fabio, the owner was really kind and super helpful. He collected us from the airport and he also gave us very good advice for our onward journey. We would happily have stayed longer. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and it was really well situated for visiting the old town and the Tower, which was particularly beautiful at night.

Fabio, the host, was really nice to chat with and gave us a lot of practical information about Pisa. He even gave us a map and marked on it interesting places, restaurants and Italy's best ice cream shop. He even drove us to the trainstation, very early in the morning. The apartment was clean, with comfy beds, nice shower and good air conditioners. The location is very good, just a walking distance from the leaning tower of Pisa. We wish we could have stayed longer, but this was the last night of our trip to Italy, but if we will find our selves in Pisa again, we will most definitely stay at Fabio's establishment.

Fabio is friendly and the accommodations are comfortable and well situated. Fabio treated us as part of his family, waited for us at the airport, took us for a tour and to get food before going back to the aconmodation. The location was amazing. A 5 minute walk to the tower. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and things to see in the area which were all within walking distance. Also a 5 minute walk to the train station.

The property is exceptionally very good and it is in a walk location to pisa in less than 5 minutes . Perfect for a family or group of friends to stay in this place. The owner of the property was extremely very helpful and very welcoming person . He was so fantastic and us comfortable during our stay . Got everything including kitchen if you want to prepare some hot meals and interverters are very good just in case if you feel cold. Property was very clean and Fabio ( owner) explained everything in detail about the area and the surroundings to see and what to eat . Overall we had a great time staying in this property and the owner was fantastic. Looking forward to visit sometime again in the future .

the property was very clean, everything you needed was there. bed was very comfortable. outside space with table and chairs to relax. location was amazing. 5 min walk to tower and cathedral. 5 min walk to train station. plenary of bars, cafes, restaurants close by. The owner Fabio was amazing, went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Fabio couldn’t do any more to help. from recommending food, places and even booking us in places. He even took us to the airport at 4 in morning as we could not get a taxi. Highly recommend property. I will defo be back.
