As the location is in the heart of Florence it is a bit noise during the night but we still manage to get rest.

The location. The hotel is only 5 to 10 minutes to placas to visit. It is also near to supermercat.

The property was in an excellent location close. To train station and city centre. Room was small but spotlessly clean. I was given a coffee at 5.00 am before catching the train to Roma.

The property is very to duomo cathedral , train station, restaurants & bars. Leather markets. The staff is very approachable and friendly. The rooms is clean. All was good in this property.

Location was absolutely perfect and the concierge (owner) was incredibly warm and sweet. I felt so welcomed. The place was simple but it was great for what I needed.

The instruction to access the hotel could have been better! When we asked if there was anything we needed to know to find them they said “no” but in reality, you enter the building, enter the second gated part of the building which holds access to the elevator. From there you have the option to take the elevator up “one floor”. Upon exiting the elevator, turn and walk up two flights of stairs which will take you to hotel aldobrandini (which is clearly labeled atop of the door). Or you can choose to not use the elevator, and just keep walking up the steps until you see the hotel sign!

Breakfast was pastry’s with jam/butter/nutella, and a free coffee push button machine. Easy walk from the train station. All staff were pleasant and kind, quick to share a laugh with their guests :) they held on to our bags as we left later in the evening, and during our stay gave us plastic cups when we asked.

The location was amazing, so close to the railway station and also to the city centre. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

You can not leave or enter the hotel between midnight and the morning. So if you want to go out for clubbing or to take an early flight you need to manage with the receptionist before. If not you are stuck

Localisation, close from the center but also the tram station to go to the airport and the central station.

Although it has a lift, it doesn't go to the first floor which is where our room was and we had to climb the spiral staircase. Luckily we only had a carry-on bag.

The location is good as it's very convenient for walking to all the places of interest. The staff is very friendly.

The door is locked too soon. I wanted to go out late at night on my last day. I was stuck inside. There were days when I had to get on an early train, luckily I found a key set at reception to open it. Otherwise, I will miss my train. THE DOOR MUST REMAIN OPEN. That, I care a lot Beyond that, all is great

Nicely located between the train station and il duomo. I liked that I even had a partial view of the bell tower of il duomo from my room. I wasn't expecting that :) Lots of conveniences nearby, restaurants, shops, a grocery store. And il duomo is a short walk away. It is a nice walk from the train station.

There were some sort of bugs on the bed, not the cleanest room. The shower in the washroom had no space to even stand in.
