Location - in the middle of Siena, close to Bus Station, Tourist Attractions. Very goo deli 80 metres away. The room was clean, ample storage space. Light breakfast was OK.

The room has great potential but everything it’s old, the shower is extremely small and it only has one water source that it’s fixed high up on a wall, so if you don’t want to wash your hair it’s a big challenge, the curtain it’s very old, not very clean and very short and it sticks to your body as you are trying to wash your self, which it’s very annoying and not very hygienic. We also found hair in the clean sheets. They are listed on booking as having a parking but it’s not their parking, it’s a public parking and if you are lucky you find space, if not you have to manage. The lady that was replenishing and cleaning the breakfast room was making a lot of noise with the dishes, doors, talking to her co workers not considering that there are rooms 3 meters away from her, ours one of the “ lucky ones”, basically ( unfortunately) she was our alarm clock.

My room (no.3) was noisy because it was very near reception and central stairs. Shower curtain poorly placed resulting in wet bathroom floor.

Room was awkwardly shape and poorly laid out, so you have to shuffle sidways to get past the bed. Also no power outlets by the bed.

I liked everything.

Not that I didn't like but perhaps more selection in the breakfast choices. No yogurt or fruits.

The heat! Finally, a place where there's heat. Felt it when I came in. Several of the hostels did not have heat on. And it's been cold and raining. I was able to hand wash some personal clothes, and they dried off. Thank you.

The only sockets are on the opposite side of the room from the bed. There are stairs inside the room. The room was quite cold even with the heating on.

For those travelling by car, beware. It was said that the hotel has the free parking and that they will take number of our plates upon the arrival. However it is bit deceitful. The hotel does not have its own parking spot, but you can park your car if you find available place free of charge near the hotel outside the city walls (about 5 min walking distance from the hotel). If you cannot find it, which was our case, then you pay public parking, 2eur per h during the business hours. At the end, it is not so much about the money it is about the delivering the right information. And parking was an important item for us while choosing the accommodation.

Small and simple hotel, but the room was spatious and clean and location was great. Little bit tricky to get your way to the hotel by car but the girl from the reception was very helpful and patient explaining to us the road thru phone.

Advertised as free and available parking. The gps to the hotel from Florence took us through narrow parts of the old city which probably violated local access laws for private vehicles. Meanwhile it was reasonably accessible from the other side without competing with the pedestrians. Not sure how getting to the hotel was communicated in advance but if it was then it went over our head. Also, there should be a parking spot to drop off luggage in this adjacent area. The free parking is actually a free public lot located some distance away (maybe 700M) and down below and outside the old city. The problem was that the lot was not that big and it was full and there were loads of cars circling about looking for a spot so my son had to get out and and stand in one when it finally became available. Note the parking lot is also where the buses stop to drop people off for a visit to the old city so I suspect finding a spot in March is a whole lot easier than peak time in spring/summer/fall.

This is an older quaint and basic hotel located at one edge of the old City on the main drag. The staff were great and allowed drop off of luggage and then we got early (11 am) access to the room.

Amazing location, quiet. Great value for money. The first room smelt a bit smoky but the reception staff moved us straight away, no problems. Would stay again.

The bathroom flooded

Th location is perfect. It is right in the middle of the city and they provided breakfast. They also have a depository for your luggage which was perfect for me.
