Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was a very noisy group of School/College students staying - but this had no bearing on the hotel.
Initially uncertain of the location, but rest assured the hotel is PERFECTLY to explore old down town Palermo. Taking the Airport to City bus, alighted at Teatro Politeama Garibaldi ( Piazza Rugerro Settimo ) it was just 5 min walk. Located in a side street, the reception is huge and a little old fashioned - yet the staff were very warm and welcoming. I was located on the first floor - short flight of steps or a lift. Breakfast was on the ground floor and typically european continental. Two coffee machines and a basic buffet. The boiled eggs and cheese made handy rolls ! The hotel appears to be dull, maybe due to its age, or its location in an narrow street, however it is VERY clean - and the maids did a good job of the room each day. There is a safe in the room. On the last day; obliged by check out at 11, there were no issues in leaving luggage in a secure room, allowing more to time to explore the town once again without dragging wheels on cobbles !

United Kingdomthe coffee at breakfast, with such a coffee culture in Italy in general and Sicily in particular, it was underwhelming at best. ok automated machines, but better quality please. It was a pity as in general there was a fairly good selection of breakfast, even cannoli, a great addition.

GermanyI sent them a message about the parking place the day before but they never replied to me. Breakfast was good, but the juice machine was not good, I think it is better if they put juice boxes instead.
The location is great, it is very central yet tranquil. It is an old hotel but very clean. It's good that breakfast starts at an early hour.

United StatesThere was no shelves in the bathroom to store toiletries! There was no hand towels. Windows shutters could not be opened. The in-room safe was locked and hotel staff did not send to fix it while we were there for 2 nights. Breakfast below average, horrible tasting milk in the coffee 2 days in a row. Not enough power plugs in the room or bedside.
Location was great within short walking distance to old town, restaurants, shops, cathedral and the Norman castle.

PolandSame breakfasts every day, no vegetables, no fruits only apples. If you don't eat sweets or ham it would be difficult to eat anything.
Great and big rooms with all needed equipment, every day cleaning with new towels etc. Nice service during breakfast time, very open and kind reception, possibility to leave luggage for how many hours you want in dedicated and closed space. Good coffee, very important is location, close to everything. 20minutes by walking straight to the main railway station (Palermo Centrale).

RussiaThe view from the window is to the wall and roof of another building. Though it is still a lot of light. No kettle in the room. But you can take hot water at reception. Breakfast is average. No vegetables, no hot food, even boiled eggs are cold. Very few fruits, sometimes none. On the whole it's almost bread of different types. The time of breakfast is since 7:30 to 9:45 was is a little bit inconvenient.
Easy to book on the day of coming. Friendly staff. Spacious room. A fridge in the room.
