Basic breakfast, not too many options. No scrambled eggs, you have to boil the eggs yourself. The coffee from the machine is average. You can buy a proper coffee from the bar. The room was not so isolated as we could hear the traffic. Overall we were satisfied.

The room was quite big and the view was excellent (you could see the Monte Civetta peak from the balcony). The staff was very helpful recommending places to go visit / hike. Also the Spa area is in a good status having a sauna, steam bath, hot tub, kneipp. Reasonably close to the Marmolada cable car, but unfortunately these were closed when we were there.

Rooms are a little dated and shower was small, especially considering the size of the bathroom, but this did not affect our stay, which was very comfortable.

Room was comfortable and very spacious with nice view. Spa and Turkish bath facilities were a fantastic way to end a long day exploring. Various Breakfast options which were tasty and in sufficient supply. Short walk to local shops and restaurants. Perfect central location for exploring the Dolomites. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially since we had a late arrival.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was basic, but fresh. Hotel is small, but cosy! I loved the service of ski bus - that made our skiing experience a lot easier.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located about 15 min from the Marmolada lift. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. I stayed here one night with my daughter and thought it was an excellent value.

One ski day there was so much snow we decided to stay in and just enjoyed the spa in the afternoon.

For dinner, we tried the restaurant of the establishment and we were very disappointed with the food served.

The staff was very welcoming. The room very spacious. The bathroom is very clean. The bed is very comfy. The breakfast was very good. Many choices such as delicious homemade jam, good fresh homemade bread, pastries, eggs and etc. The spa and the sauna in the evening was much appreciated, however the equipment for the spa is very old and should perhaps be renovated.

the manager and staff were so kind and the food were WONDERFUL- great homemade torta lovely bread and prosciutto for breakfast, we were v excited to end find our next night was at a hotel managed by the same lovely family of three generations of representing Italy in ice hockey , Grazie miel !

If you are cake for breakfast lover, than this is the best place for you. But for us it would be nice if they would provide some vegetables, more types of fruits and eggs.

Adequate but small bathroom. External light was on which meant we couldn't open door for cool air during night because of insects. No power point next to bed.

The location of the Hotel La Montanina suits good in order to explore and make tours around this beautiful corner of the Dolomiti. The room has all essential stuff needed, even if a little bit "dated". The matress was of the "old" type, not the best, but... confortable enough. The breakfast was nice, and the staff give you everyday some new fresh baked cake, simple and tasty. In this period of the season, the SPA was closed, so nothing to say about it! The owner are beautiful people, so nice, kind and witty. I appreciated a lot speaking with them, letting me explain and tell stories of the place, the problems of these valleys in general, their Weltanschaaung about the past and future.. I praise the owner and send them lot of blessing.
