Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaWhile it was clean and functional, the shower was small. Aircon was adequate, but for the heat wave we had, was a little warm.
Location was central to everything a tourist needs especially on a short visit to Rome. Major attractions all within walking distance or public transport on door step. Clean, well appointed and accommodating hosts, it was the perfect place for first time visitors. Ladies reached out directly via phone and provided all the information we needed: transport, food and drink recommendations... everything. The Baci and welcome token was such a nice touch! They were personable and genuinely engaged which made us feel welcome. We loved them and their great hotel! Bravi 👏🏼

't was super clean, staff are the nicest, and super helpful. They are reachable at all times for any question or concern. The room was cleaned during my stay too, they change towels and sheets. Everything was great, it can be a bit noisy at night with thin walls, but bring your own ear plugs. That's a problem in all hotels in Rome.

Strategic location, 3 minutes from Barberini metro. most of the famous landmark within walking distance. The room is big and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyday they will message you to ask about your stay and even recommend good restaurant. The property have a small pantry with free coffee, juice, yoqurt and biscuits. Definitely will recommend this place.
