Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hosts made us feel so welcome, such great communication and were super helpful with tips on things to do and booking taxis, and they even left my mom a little birthday gift which was very sweet. The room was perfectly clean, thoughtfully laid out and had all the amenities you need, and the tea/coffee bar was a lovely touch. Amazing location, right in the middle of everything while being on a nice quiet street. Would definitely come back if I’m in Rome again!

Amazing location, we walked everywhere and it was a short Uber to the Vatican and to the train station when we left. The staff were wonderful. They booked us a transfer from the airport and they recommended restaurants based on distance. The room was very comfortable and clean and they provided so many nice touches with bath products, sunscreen, ear plugs etc. we really liked the Nespresso coffee machine and the grab and go juices as well as the water tap. I booked our stay based on reviews and location and we were very happy with our choice.

AustraliaRemember that you are booking a room, not a suite. Stayed for a week. We booked the Superior room, and we had no problems with 2 large suitcases. Yes it is a little tight in the bathroom, but you know what they say, “When In Rome, do what the Romans do”
Location is paramount and Regioni is close to all the attractions and shopping destinations. Close to great Italian eateries and not too far from Trastevere and Testaccio.

United KingdomAs the location is right in the heart of Rome, my recommendation for guests would be to bring ear plugs if they are sensitive to noise when sleeping - the area is quite lively. But overall we had an amazing time thanks to the staff at the hotel!
Absolutely lovely experience at this hotel! The location is perfect (only a few minutes away from Fontana Di Trevi and the Spanish Steps). The staff are very friendly and kind - they were always reachable throughout our entire stay to help us with anything we needed. The hotel has a generous self-service bar with water, coffee, milk, juice and some snacks free of charge which was a great addition. I found it incredibly thoughtful that the staff had also left SPF and after sun lotion in the bathroom, in addition to the normal toiletries. At the end of our stay (as our flight was rather late in the evening), after checking out we were also offered a courtesy room to relax for a few hours - which was great as with the July heat in Rome we definitely needed the rest. The customer service can’t be any better in my opinion.
