The pool is very small. The room decor is getting a little dated and our fridge didn’t work.

Nice location and the terrace for breakfast is very nice. Staff were very nice. Sea views are really pleasing especially on the side of the hotel facing old Bari

The rooms look like something out of a bad 70s sitcom for the price you pay and considering it's a 5 star hotel. Location also not good we walked into old town everyday because that is where everything was

No "coffee shop" open on premises during days and evenings.

Warm water pool and sauna was indeed a plus. Location is super....right on the waterfront and close to old city. Breakfast included and big selection with wide variety of dishes to choose from. Reception was responsive and helpful. We would recommend this hotel when visiting Bari.

The toilet was discolored. The showerhead had rust on it. The matress was very hard and it always slid into two pieces.

There’s nothing I did not like. Walking into the old town and the train station was a bit more than I expected, but it helped me get my steps in for the day.

Furniture - we requested a superior triple room and the extra bed was very small. We expected a normal extra bed, not a mobile one. The breakfast was very poor, missing food and service understaffed. The view from the room was overlooking an interior wall, very disappointing.

The breakfast was disappointing. The food available was fine but it was the same every day with no variation, no option to order freshly cooked items and we had to find a member of staff to order a decent coffee (which was challenging at times). I would expect better from a 5 star hotel.

The staff on reception were delightful - extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and the quirky decor was fabulous. The location was good and our view towards yes old town was beautiful to see.

The mattresses were a little too hard for our taste, but this is subjective. The room had a window to an interior area, which is a pity, but it wasn’t that much of a problem.

Almost everything was great, location, staff, facilities, cleanliness, space, breakfast. We loved the location, near the sea, breakfast location was great at 6th floor. Staff were beyond helpful, even though sometimes breakfast area was busy they were very attentive, especially Rosa who was super nice and fast. Room was great and spacious, very clean and very quiet. Overall everything was great

The staff at the Restaurant was rude and not welcoming in the evenings. Better to just go somewhere close for a great dinner.

Great location with some weird designs and decor in the rooms. Furniture is not so practical but I was only there for a short stay so didn't affect me too much. If you are two people in the room it could be a bit cramped.

Beautiful room and bathroom, very comfortable. Great swimming pool and sauna - real bonus, even more so during the winter. Delicious breakfast.

A couple of minor things that are no fault of the staff or hotel. On New years Eve, I bought a Half bottle of champagne without knowing the price. It seemed a little expensive at €65 but it is a 5-star hotel, so I should have expected it really. An additional packet of pringles appeared on the mini bar on our 2nd day, but I thought nothing of it. I had had the small bag of local biscuits when I first arrived. When I checked the Pringles packets, I found one of the packets had been opened and almost emptied and replaced as if it hadn't been opened. Once again, it's not the hotels fault and it was only €5 so no problem.

Great location for the New Year's Eve celebrations going on in the hotel and the rest of the city. The staff are really helpful and always greet you with a smile when you pass through reception. The veiw from the restaurant and our room over the coast is fantastic at midnight on New Year's Eve because you can see the whole city light up with fireworks which is one of the best firework displays I've seen. The rooms are modern in style and kept very clean.
