AC did not always work properly.

Great little hotel in the center of town. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were super kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The only minus (in my opinion quite big during the summer) was lack of mini fridge in the room. When its close to 40C outside, it would be great to put water or another things there, especially in the closest shop(carrefour), they do not have water in fridge like in other shops in other cities as rome. Fortunatelly, Alessandro from the reception helped us with our stuff, which had to be in the fridge as guanciale or pecorino cheeses. From our perspective it did not impact as so much as we arrived at 5:30 pm and we departured at 9am when the temperatures were around 30C.

The best location we could expect, close to the old part of the city, close to the parking spots (there are some free parking spots close to 2-3 mins walk). Room was good with comfy bed, personal was very helpful. Recommended place to stay in Bracciano.

Ideally a fridge in the room. Italy gets hot so you need somewhere to chill your water. Also it would have helped to keep my wife’s medication cool.

Breakfast was simple but tasty, location was ideal - 200 metres from train station, 200 metres from castle - the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

My initial room was uncomfortable with traffic noise. Alessandro found me an alternative quiet room.

Excellent location in the middle of the town. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Alessandro was super helpful and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was good, Alessandro’s home made croissants were delicious.

The hotel is renovated and perfectly clean. The location is optimal for the town - very near to the railway & bus stations, and just under the castle. Restaurants, bars and cafes are all around the place. The wifi is stable and strong in every corner of the hotel. Extremely friendly owners. Highly recommended!

The was a step in my room on the way to the bathroom. I almost fell 3 times. It was scary. My room had the windows to the street. It was warm so I had to open the window, so it was noisy and hard to fall asleep. Park far in advance, there is no parking near the hotel. I also had a bit of a misunderstanding with the receptionist. When I came, he didn't ask me to pay, so I thought that I paid via booking.com. There was nobody behind the counter when I left. The next day, I was like 50km from the city and I got a message on booking that I left without paying. Nobody called me, So instead of going to the terms and enjoying my last day in Italy, I had to go back to the hotel just to pay. I called them and begged them to perform the payment online, but they said that they couldn't and I must come. Not to say that when I came, I didn't even get an apology. I know those things happen but in my opinion, it could be managed differently on the hotel side.

The location is great! Right around the corner is the castle. You could easily find a place to dine nearby. I was prepared that the hotel was old and didn't have AC or fridge in the room.

Construction - currently happening, not divulged. King bed was 2 twins, pushed together. Thin mattress, on bed. Cigarette burn on coverlet. Need heavier curtains. Limited breakfast options.

They’re in the middle of town. Fantastic location. Staff was very nice, and helpful. Large room. Close to parking and the Castle, and many great views (nearby).
