The room was very big, and the hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast nearby was quite good, and the coffee/tea station available throughout the day was nice. Bed very comfortable, staff very friendly. Location was excellent.

Our host was super nice and informative. The room size far exceeded our expectations. The location is a 5 minute walk to the train station, 2 minute walk to the market, and 10 minutes to the Duomo. Ideal location, safe area and affordable!

Roberto was a great host. I was able to deposit my luggage at the reception. Roberto also gave me valuable sightseeing tips. My room was spotless. Lovely bedding and a comfortable bed. I cannot understand why this accomodation only has one star. It is perfect. I will definitely return. Thank you Roberto for the wonderful stay.

I stayed here for 3 nights as a solo female traveller. Even before I arrived they were great for contacting me to explain how to check in for a later arrival. The location is fantastic and in a safe area. The owner was so friendly and had great advice on where to visit in Florence! The room was bright and clean. 100% recommend staying here.

Our room was very clean and cozy. It felt like we were at home. The property owner was VERY kind and helped us with everything that we needed. He sat us down and showed us everywhere we need to go. The place is very well located and only a short walk from the major city attractions. Budget friendly and ideal for young travelers.

There was nothing to not like. I booked a single room which was what I got. It was small but had everything I needed and a very good en-suite shower room.

The Internet is awful. We can't get cell phone signals inside the room. At the same time, the WiFi inside the hotel is shared by all the guests which means the speed is terrible. Therefore, we can barely use the internet when back to the hotel. Besides, the towers won't be changed until the third day, which is not mentioned in the introduction. The last things is that, the mini bar(which is empty) inside the room is almost broken. It was a car fridge but can hardly close its door. Dealing with all kinds of detailed issues is a cost of energy after a long trip.

Good price and location. The host are all very helpful with check in and our questions.
