First in room next to us were noisy/loud one night. We mentioned it to the desk and no more issues after that.

A great hotel, with great location for skiing, a few minutes walk to the gondola. Big and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, a lot of space to sit around in the lobby. Really nice and helpful staff! Beautiful spa with great sauna!

It would be great if the spa area had more extended hours; currently, it is open 4-8pm.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The breakfast buffet was amazing and we looked forward to it every day. It had a great variety of savory and sweet food. It is 5-min walk to the ski lift which connects to a lot of other ski resorts. There is also a ski run that ends in Canazei that is 5-min walk to the hotel. The spa area is also a treat! The staff was always nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

We liked pretty much everything. The hotel is really close to the funicular to the mountains, the staff is super friendly. They let us leave our luggage after check out and provided us with a lot of useful information. The most exciting thing is that the hotel has its own spa with saunas, swimming pull, jacuzzi and relax zone. It was nice to go there after a long hiking day. The breakfast is also exceptional. Hope to stay here again someday. Thank you.

It would have been nice to have a safe and a small refrigerator in the room. Nothing else as everything else was fantastic.

The breakfast was varied and fantastic and offered something for everyone. Appreciated that it was included in our hotel room price. I also really enjoyed the wellness center, and again, appreciated that we did not have to pay extra. Our room had a beautiful view and was nice and quiet at night. Very nice that there was a washer/dryer for our laundry needs. Great central location. Staff was very helpful.

The water in the sauna facilities was cold for us. There isn't a hot tub after ski.

Great staff, breakfast. Very high VFM. Location was sufficient, 5-10m min walking to lift and a red slope that ends very close to the hotel.
