Excellent management - we'd booked a twin but it was set up as a double, there was someone there within the hour to change it for us. Good location for wandering around Venice.

Check in its too late, it’s at 2pm, you would need to wait a lot for it if you get to the city earlier, and check out is at 10am, too early, and no luggage storage, so we had leave the room and be around with all our luggage, we didn’t liked that, also the city tax is in cash, in other places tax was paid via link or card, we had to withdraw cash from atm to pay it

Room was overall okay but the bed was really hard and uncomfortable. My husband ended up sleeping on the pull out couch because it was more comfortable. When we arrived there were mosquitoes in our room which really wasn’t an issue until we noticed little marks/blood stains on the walls around the room from where people previously killed the mosquitoes. Didn’t really have an active issues with them during our stay but the marks were noticeable and a little gross.

Hotel was in a nice location. Quiet and away from the busiest parts of Venice but very walkable to them. Close to some good cafes and restaurants. Not far from the train station either which was a perk.

When I entered there was 2 black spiders on the bed, I smashed then as such and informed the staff but they just sorry, I understand in Venice insects and spiders are common but you need to keep insect sprays in the room. Anyway the staff reacted just sorry but didn’t speak about any compensation yet

But since the restaurant is just bellow your windows it can be loud. Also since there is no reception everything was communicated via chat - what if something happens and owner is out of reach (we did not get respond for few hours, but nothing happened so it was okay, but what if). Corridor and stairs is really narrow. No reception = no luggage storage, but you can store it for few euros in the train station.

Definitely location, it was few minutes by walking from train station, also next to the canal. It is good for introverts since there is no reception. It is really small hotel with just 3- 4 rooms. There is the restaurant with tables outside in the hotels ground floor - food/coffee and evening chill with drink is good

- The pressure in the tap was very low; - The air conditioner needs to be repaired as it always switched off after 1 minute of operation.

Great location, at the beginning of Venezia, and you can come from anywhere - we came from Tronchetto - airport bus/train - great starting point. A short distance from the arrival and then a great point for exploring the city. It's not on the other side of town and this is perfect!

The room was clean but dusty in the cabinet and some parts of the bathroom. The furniture was outdated. The room was a little dark.

Even though there was no staff around, the communication was not hard, they replied to every message shortly and explained everything well. After we arrived there was a storm and they warned us about it too. Beds were comfortable and big enough.

Mosquitoes in room. Buzzing of them swarming around our faces woke us up. Had to leave window open (no screens) because no remote provided for air conditioner. It wasn’t unbearably hot, but between the mosquitoes and noise from streets below the AC would have been helpful. 9 bites in one night. There was a TV remote in the room, but no TV. There was one there at some point because there was a tv remote and bracket on wall for tv. Lots of stairs and narrow hallway so pack light. Not unbearable to a two night stay but no longer.

We were told that you could never put the luggage in, so we put the luggage storage and paid 12 euros for 4 hours. We left it in the lobby the next day and when we returned it was still there, we picked it up and left. axle There is no one to talk to I find it interesting that they ask you to leave the tax on the table and leave.

The shower was particularly small and leaked water on the floor, unfortunately. That's all. Well, the entry gate/door was so heavy, and it could slam on you if you're not strong enough to hold it.

The price was decent and the bed was comfortable. Venice is for walking, and this place is easy to get to from the train or bus station. It had a nice neighborhood charm, I guess you could say. The pizza restaurant downstairs sent some tasty aromas wafting up, though we ended up not eating there. There's a great little cafe at the end of the block.

At Albergo ai Tolentino there was noise from the street, air conditioning didn’t work, tv didn’t work. The furniture was old and worn, and for that all the price was too high.

The hotel didn’t have any personnel, but it was easy, in a quite good location ja quite clean.

Very claustrophobic - too much stuff in a very small room. Same for bathroom. Some stuff (like mirrors) could use an upgrade.
