Towel warmer does not work , complimentary transfer from or to airport means you have to pay for it . Pay for breakfast at hotel and if your flight early morning don’t pay for breakfast for this day

The walls are thin but the hotel is pretty quiet. The room was small . I would probably just rent a bigger room in the hotel

The hotel is in a great location near the Pantheon. Many attractions are near and you can walk such as Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Vatican. There are many places near to ear and shop. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The mattresses would separate and way too hard to sleep comfortably on.

The breakfast was amazing and so was the location. Out only discomfort was the bed. The twin mattresses were harder than concrete. It was not a restful sleep.

Had a great stay at the hotel during August 2024,, very friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay here again during next Rome visit and the Pantheon views from our room 204 were exceptional.

Every visit to Rome, we stay here. The location is excellent as you can walk everywhere. The rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend it.

Great location!! The pantheon is a stunning, backdrop. The shops are all right there and all the restaurants/cafes are all delicious.

I wasn’t overly impressed by the breakfast menu, seemed like few egg plate options, but in retrospect, I was able to ask for my eggs as an omelette or scrambled in the mornings that followed. The restaurant for breakfast is around the corner, but not terribly inconvenient.

In the frenetic world of summer travel around the Pantheon, it was an oasis of calm, clean, quiet and relaxing. Tall ceilings, immaculate bedding, an add’l couch and a good sized bathroom. Must have been remodeled to include high quality sound proof windows. Well done overall modern design with various soft lighting options and electric switch window coverings. The front counter staff were always welcoming, gracious and helpful. The first interaction with a hotel leaves the most important impression and Antonio was that warm and knowledgeable host when we arrived. Did I mention the personal overview of our room and complimentary bottle of Italian Champagne?

Elevator was out. Toilet could run unless you jiggle the handle If your are driving, do not drive to the hotel! Park at the Garage Trevi and taxi or walk to the hotel. We did not like the room charges - for the same room the price on one night was over $200 more under the same reservation - this is ridiculous. Had we been informed of this, we would have preferred to work directly with the Abruzzi than with the booking.com algorithm.

Location is exceptional. Breakfast is down the street and good. Room was beautiful and immaculate. Staff was very helpful and available 24 hours per day. Taxi stand at Pantheon is useful.

A little noisy due to the fact we had a room directly in front of the Pantheon and visitors were outside very late and very early but that’s to be expected.

The front desk and sky cap were great and so helpful. The location was spectacular! We had a view of the Pantheon from every window! Close taxi stand and close walk to other sights.

Lift didn't work, but I didn't mind, as I had to work off all my eating and the Porter helped with my luggage.

The staff were so helpful - really excellent customer service. Great room with a view. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower pressure was good too. Air-Con worked and was quiet. Breakfast at the Cafe around the corner was very good, shame it wasn't one of the cafes that had view of the Colosseum.

Being right on the Piazza Pantheon was not as nice as we thought it would be because you walk out into a dense crowd.
