You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The property itself exceeded my expectations - with not just a bedroom but a full living room space which meant I had a lot of space to relax. The bathroom was good too. I appreciated the addition of a refridgerator, kettle, and other small kitchen amenities. However the downside of this place was that there were ants. I assume it was due to the heat and maybe the kitchen area - there wasn’t just one or two but quite a lot. This made me uncomfortable at times, especially when using the kitchenette area and utensils. However I did contact the host about the problem and he sent the cleaner to completely clean the area. For the price of the place, it’s really affordable and good value for money. Located very central close to cafes and shops, only a 5 minute walk from a sea view and just under 15 minutes from the main Reggio Calabria train station, it was great and easy to get to many places via foot. Thanks! (P.S if you stay here and are wanting good pizza, check out Pasqualino Pizza & Vino - only a 2 minute walk away and has a delicious selection of unique pizzas!)

United StatesNot knowing how to exit the building, literally being stuck inside when my taxi was waiting for me to come out on my first day of arrival. Only one small roll of toilet paper for 3 days and running out by the night before leaving. Only one washcloth, hand towel and bath towel for 3 days, there should be at least two of each, no paper towels in kitchen (may not be common in Italy). Not having the information needed from time of arrival to eliminate upsets like how to exit the building, legible sign with wifi and passcodes.
The place was clean and had a cute kitchenette. Filippo took care of problems like not knowing how to open the front door to leave and not knowing how to use the tv and wifi and helped me to bring my luggage to the villa from a few blocks away. Filippo is very kind and did take care of any issues that I ran into.

I liked how Fillipo the host made it a breeze to get to and his warm welcome to a really beautiful room that was really classy and tastefully put together. The bed was huge and divinely comfortable and it's location is perfect to put you right near everything you need.
