Having stayed there for 3 nights in 2023, we made it a week this time and enjoyed all of it.

Location: in Godia, a little village a couple of miles from the centre of Udine. Very quiet, spacious and comfortable rooms with good sized en-suite shower rooms. Nice continental breakfast with excellent coffee. Sara also makes some very good cakes. There is copious, secure parking. Regular half hourly bus service to Udine and Udine railway station (we used the trains to go to Venice and some other locations - despite having a hire car). Sara - the host - speaks good English and has always been very friendly and helpful (time-tables, bus tickets etc). If going into Udine by car, we would recommend the underground carpark at Piazza 1 Maggio - very modern, good sized spaces and only costs 90cents per hour! We can also recommend a restaurant - Le Tre Sorrelle - about 5 minutes by car. There is copious free parking on the opposite side of the road at a small shopping centre.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The tranquil atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the accommodations was impeccable, and it was evident that the owner takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment. Speaking of the owner, her kindness and hospitality truly stood out during my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even accommodating an early breakfast for me on my last day so I could make it to the airport on time. Her thoughtfulness and willingness to cater to her guests' needs were truly appreciated. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with exceptional hospitality. I left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the wonderful experience.

The breakfast, including the cappuccino was excellent. The manager, and her family, were welcoming and helpful in all things. We loved staying here and would have stayed longer if our schedule allowed it. It was a great location, making easy to access a lot of the small and beautiful Friuli towns. Lovely Udine was a five minute drive.

Can’t say almost anything. Location is not in center but it takes 7 minutes by car to go.

Nice rooms, very friendly and warm reception with full of hospitality. Clean, quite and comfortable. Cute and stylish decoration with family photos.

Nothing wrong about the property. Just not such much to explore outside surroundings in walking distance.

Very clean and nice property, maintained well. Free parking is included, there is a electric door keeps the place safe. Room is nice with two seats balcony. Windows and curtains are also functional well and looks nice.

Close to restaurant Agli Amici. Sara takes care of you. Everything is perfect, especially the capuccino! Large, comfort rooms, parking place. Easy to to into the centre of Udine, or the surrounding places.

We liked everything.

The property and rooms are beautifully presented, fairly close to Udine in a village setting, yet very quiet. We chose continental breakfast which was enjoyable and served with a smile and much useful information by Sara our host, who speaks good English. Safe and spacious parking.

Perfect, Sara is a lovely host and served us a delicious Italian breakfast. She also told us about a local restaurant called Al Cardinale which in our opinion is the best Italian food you’ll ever eat! The room was big and spacious and totally spotless! We had a little balcony that overlooks a tranquil courtyard, totally heaven.
