Our bath tub was small and an unusual type and it was a little hard not to slip, the ceiling was low.

The host approach was very kind and helpful, we appreciate that a lot. The place was great, very nice reconstruction and nice surrounding. Breakfast was great

The owner is very nice person although we came late we could accommodate. The place is very old and nicely restored. Enough space in the room for whole family of 4 people. Simple breakfast but with local and hand made food.

For me the mattress and pillow were not the most comfortable and the rooms could use some better lighting. I understand the old days atmosphere, but there should be an option for the ones who want maybe more for reading or something.

I loved the general area of the accommodation. There are many interesting villages around to check, but of course you have to travel by car. The house is very interesting, a corner of history worth trying for a night. You have nice old objects around in the rooms and on the hallways. The breakfast didn't have many options, it is not a buffet, but for me was enough and I loved the breakfast room.

Maybe the bathroom was small. But its an old building, so I accept compromise.

Old, renovated house with charisma and its style.. Very nice, stylish ambiente. Kind owner, which I chatted with for two hours. Good breakfast. To summarize - seldom I want to revisit place I stayed, but I hope to come there again. It's an ild house, so you will love it if you like such a style.

The place is authentic, has its own story. Gentleman who runs the acomodation is very polite and gave us a lot of useful tips and recommendation where to go and eat, what to see nearby.

The accomodation is kind of retro accomodation with certain spirit. It is not luxury accomodation, or accomodation like Crown Plaza Italian buffet breakfast (can be advantage and disadvantage, it depends). We liked it. Boiled eggs, local bread, butter, sweet cake (e.g. panetone), cereals, simple coffee and tee. Nice atmosphere. Not for demanding travelers, I´d say (more for romantic travellers) Set in countryside - again it can be advantage and disadvantage

Our first trip to Italy on our road trip from Bosnia to Switzerland we booked this place looking for a quiet overnight stay nearby the highway but also not far from Udine which we wanted to visit the next day. The location was perfect, cute village, beautiful estate. We had a lovely evening stroll in the neighboring wine yards and had the chance to visit the horse stalls that belong to the landlord of the estate. Our host, Sandro, was one of the nicest ones we have had on our travels. Jolly fella who was culturally sensitive and shared fun stories of his own travels. He made sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Extra points for the delicious breakfast with local made produce. All vegetarian. Our room was lovely with authentic old Italian farm house interior style and furniture. As we came back home to Bosnia, traveling again through Italy, we wanted to spend the night here again. Unfortunately, it was fully booked. We will return though!

More light in the room would be better. The breakfast was very is very light ( to be polite).Just some sweets,cofee,tee and we've received,on our table,few slices of cheese and 4 cherry tomatoes (for 3 people).

Beautiful building from 17th century lovely furnished. The breakfast is a topical Italian breakfast, fresh and delicious. The host was very polite and helpful. The location is a little bit off the village, but the village itself is small. Highly recommend for quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Amazing place! We really enjoyed the whole experience, the 17th century building, all the lovely little details that give it so much authentic Italian character, the setting in the Italian countryside. The rooms were spotless and very nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious, we loved the dining area and the fireplace. But what made our stay so nice was Alessandro, he was so friendly and welcoming. He showed us what true Italian hospitality is and we thank him for that. We'll definitely be back!
