We loved everything

The place was so beautiful and location was spectacular. Bigger and better than expected. Tour of wine cellar and tasting of wine and then a large breakfast of all homemade food!!!! Was spectacular!! Host was wonderful and friendly. She made us feel like family.

Best stay of our entire trip. The location, accommodation, hospitality, everything exceeded all expectations. Could not get enough of it! The host welcomed us with a glass of their house wine, laid out the most beautiful breakfast spread with homemade jams, coffee, juice, honey. Showed us their wine cellar and also gave us some fig jam as a takeaway. If I ever come back to Italy, this is where I am staying.

There was nothing not to like about the stay

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Adeline is the perfect host. Montichellio is a lovely little village, close enough to a few of the other larger towns. The property offers great views in every direction. We would come back here for sure!

A mosquito net on either the window or above the bed would be great.

One of the best places we stayed in 3 weeks through Tuscany. Our three female hosts who were running the show were sweet and accommodating and we totally enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. Tranquility, serenity and a really nice homemade breakfast were the highlights of our stay. Driving up the unpaved road in a small car was no issue. Everything was spotlessly cleaned, we had a fridge in the room and it was soo quiet ... lovely!

The only inconvenience was nothing to do with Agriturismo Riposati, but rather that there were none of the usual and wonderful Tuscan sandwich or pizza shops.

The location is fabulous--just a few minutes outside Montechiello and short drive to Montepulciano and Montalcino in the quiet Tuscan countryside and excellent restaurants. Adelina is a wonderful hostess serving very nice breakfasts and providing local insight information.

When we opened our windows, we had many little bugs enter the room, which was understandable due to the location of the lodging in the countryside. Maybe adding a bug screen could help?

Very peaceful. It has the most breath taking views of the Tuscan countryside, and the friendliest staff we have encountered in the whole country. They were extremely helpful with everything. The breakfast was also great and very filling. The room was large and fully equipped. In general, the stay was cozy and we would've loved to stay longer. We hope to return someday.

Very nice location, perfect for a stay away from big cities. Has an amazing view through the windows. Room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom. The biggest highlight was how sweet and caring host was. From the moment we arrived she did everything to make us comfortable and communicate what was needed even though she struggled to speak in English. Also she served amazing breakfast made of fresh local produce.

The host, the silence all around as well as the setting! A beautiful “podere” overlooking the Tuscan hills and completely surrounded by nature! Breakfast was top notch too (everything homemade, from the jams to the cold cuts, to cheese and olive oil!) . Wonderful!

Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing afternoon, night and morning and this beautiful house. The owners welcomed us into their cellar where we spent time sharing their home-made wine, local charcuterie, bread and olive oil. In the evening we enjoyed a small dinner in the garden, watching the sunsets and then the stars. The night was incredibly quiet and I slept like a baby. In the morning, I rushed to open my window to enjoy the view while waking up.

We loved everything and wouldn't hesitate to go back in a flash!

The apartment we had was in a farmhouse dating back from the 1600s and in the same family for generations, very spacious and with the most amazing views of the Tuscany countryside and the most breathtakingly beautiful sunsets. Adelina, the owner, is very friendly and generous, made us feel at home from the very start. Breakfast is delicious, with most of the ingredients from the farm or very local. Paolo, her husband, still attend to the family farm and their two daughters are adorable. The farmhouse is on an unmade road a couple of kilometres from pretty Monticchiello, in the park of Val d'Orcia and perfect for visiting Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, San Querico d'Orcia, Pienza, Radicofani and many more little medieval and renaissance villages. Definitely highly recommended ****.

We cannot think of anything that could have been better.

The place/farm was situated in the beautiful Tuscany landscape in the middle of Val dOrcia close to all the small villages you want to visit. Our hostess and her daughters were absolutely gorgeous, friendly and helpful. The room was big with a beatiful view, comfortable bed and lots of hot water for good showers. We stayed for four nights and the breakfast was excellent with a new surprising hot dish every morning. Most products produced on the farm.
