We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Rustic room in a lovely location about 20 minutes out of Bologna. Amazing breakfast served every day and we were lucky enough to be staying on one night when the restaurant was open and had a fabulous meal there. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room had everything we needed. Loved that we could close the shutters overnight to make the room really dark in the morning so we were all able to have a good lie in after a few very busy days with early starts.

GermanyThe only disadvantage was the high price, especially for a cold plate at dinner. But as I wrote, we were happy that we could stay for dinner even with the restaurant closed.
The location is really in the nature a little walk out of Sasso Marconi. You can enjoy the silence and the good treatment of the friendly host. The room was big and comfortable, the flat was clean. The breakfast was enjoyable and we got a dinner there even when the kitchen was closed.

United KingdomNot far from motorway the property is located in a natural reserve, leafy forest, hills and small streams. We have stayed in La Casa nel Bosco. Check-in was after 10PM, it was dark but managed to find it based on owners instructions. The Apartment and the settings were incredible (in positive way), new features combined with old traditional elements and perfectly functional. Verry clean, functional and secure. The dinner on terrace watching the August full moon was magic. Breakfast was provided in the main farm house and it was excellent, home made cakes and fresh local products. We'll come back.

Czech RepublicNo mobile network signal. WiFi unstable. Passing after restarting the modem. Breakfast in the main building, the need to move between the apartment and the main building, about 1,3 km.
Breakfast simple but sufficient. Nice staff. We lived in a side building. The apartment is fine, satisfaction. The location itself is suitable for trips around the area, visiting Bologna and both Ferrari museums.

United KingdomWe were doing the Via Degli Dei path, and it was maybe just a little far from the route. However, was definitely worth the extra effort to stay here!
Such a charming, beautiful place to stay. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, making sure we had a working kettle to enjoy a cup of tea! Although the restaurant wasn’t open the night we stayed, we were still provided with some delicious local cheeses, bread and salad. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of local produce.

ItalyMobile connection is very limited and you need to rely on wi-fi, but this is anyway always available and strong enough to do whatever you need to do (mobile, laptop, TV, etc)
If you love nature, the place is super nice, you can enjoy some safe walk in the surroundings or simply enjoy the beautiful and big garden with some entertainment for the children. The breakfast and restaurant are super good and very close to the local producers. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and even managed to make themselves available for an extra table for us despite last minute request. You will be close to Bologna and you can easily drive and enjoy the city and be back for dinner while enjoying a nice drive on Bologna hills.
