The entire infrastructure is excellent; the location within the agriculture enviornment and the view onto San Vicenzo is spectacular; it's a really relaxing athmosphere. The Breakfast-Buffet is excellent, all with products from the local farmers. The nearby Osteria's provide excellent Tuscany-Specialities and going down to the village of San Vicenzo, only takes you 10 Minutes by car at maximum.

Joy everywhere beauty and nature. Olive trees tortoise and drinks by casual pool and hot tub. Casual but meaningful . And staff very helpful ! Grazie

Initially, I made a booking date mistake, which I tried to correct only 2 hours later. Property was totally intransigent and unwilling to change. On arrival, we were 'invited' to have an aperitif only to be told later we had to pay for this. In contrast to every other agriturismo we visited on this trip (5), we were not offered any free water or small snacks. Indeed, every consumable item in the room was chargeable, biscuits, crisps, etc. Unbelievably, one is offered one free pod of coffee per day, not even one per person! Lovely property spoiled by a money machine approach.

We enjoyed our two night stay with our 3 kids. The hotel provided us with everything we needed. The accommodations were great.

The peeling paint of 2 old wood and metal bed headboards. The dusty unpaved gravel driveway is not good for cars and people.

Real Olive farm, tortoise, spacious apartment and rooms, patio with large table with Mediterranean Sea view, very clean even with such a large space to clean and maintain, well appointed with all the ammenities. Free and easy parking. Good breakfast.

Everything is just great. Our 6 week holiday in Europe is nearly over and we couldn't have found a better spot to relax in before the hectic last few days in Rome. We actually booked an extra night because we loved it so much.

Absolutely perfect in every way. This is the perfect place for an agriturismo stay with young children. Our apartment was really comfortable with a small kitchen with everything you need. The garden is beautiful and the pools lovely, set up to let your little ones play and run around. Breakfast is a feast of fresh fruit, cheese, ham, cereal, bread and cake. Above all every member of staff is so helpful, caring and hospitable. Faultless! A 5 min drive to town, the beach and some really great restaurants.

There was nothing not to like about the property. Maybe one thing: the bathroom door in our room (203) did not lock.

We were so happy to have found this beautiful and tranquil place after our busy stay in Rome. We arrived at night and woke up in paradise. We meant for it to be a one night stop on our way back to Compiano/Isola, but immediately booked for another night that morning. It’s a large organic farm with animals and gorgeous views of the Med. Throughout the farm you can walk and discover covered patios with chairs and hammocks just for yourself, and scattered chairs underneath olive trees with Sea views. There are 28 rooms we were told, and many surround two pools with adjacent hot tubs (we spent much time in one of these looking at the stars). We ate delicious buffet breakfasts here on outside tables and ordered salumi and cheese plates and wine for dinner — all very reasonably priced. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The best thing about this property is the people working there: helpful and friendly! Good pool ( not deep) for kids to play and for parents to relax. nice area by the pool to have an afternoon cocktail, which were very well prepared. If you are with dog, dog beach close to the property and so much space to have a walk with him Nice breakfast. You can use water machine any time. bigger vegetable selection would be nice.

Great agriturism farm with nice swimming pools and a playground for children. Friendly especially for families with children Good kitchen equipment ,clean rooms and bathroom. A nice gift in the form of oil, olives growing on the farm. We hope to return someday ;)

a bit overpriced for what it is. some common areas are a bit run down. 5 euros for laundry is overpriced and usually free. a bit too dog friendly - our neighbour had several that were barking all day and night

Overally rather old building and furniture. Bit of a moldy smell. Had to ask for warm water (sometimes it took couple minutes before it appeared). Old-type wall sockets, not compatible without an adapter. Had to unplug kettle or microwave to charge computer/smartphone.

Huge green area available for walks, olive trees, farm-animals. Multiple places to lie down and relax. Nice view from the tarrace. Parking place close to the room. Family friendly place.
