This location and the room and the whole place was truly wonderful and so beautiful. Wow! Carla was a sweetheart and very helpful. The grounds were stunning and gorgeous. We could not have been happier and were very grateful. Absolutely beautiful and the breakfast and set up was Divine! Thank you Carla, staff and Italy!!!! It is a very small town, so if one is looking for night life… it is not here, yet it was Perfect for what we were looking for!!!! The pizzaria down the street was also EXCELLENT!!!! We were greeted and hosted by Princess (Princepecia) the sweet kitty. Classic white pizza…. Outstanding!

Little hard to find.

Looks much better than the photos. The room and private bathroom was very spacious, clean, and quiet. The host did not speak English well but she was super friendly and nice. Second floor balcony has excellent views. Breakfast and coffee was amazing. About 10 min drive to Saturnia thermal bath and market nearby. Parking was easy. I will totally stay in this facility again and recommend to anyone going to this area.

Gracious hosting by Daniella made for a wonderful stay! We woke up to a splendid breakfast spread looking out to the verdant Tuscan landscape. Located close to the thermal springs in Saturnia, walking trails on undulating hills and picturesque towns of Pitigliano and Montemerano.

I had a very nice room with a large terrace. Nice and quit location, a friendly host and good breakfast. Compared to other rooms I had a little bit more expensive but I guess that is due to the close thermals wich make Saturnie a popular destination.

Restaurants and shops in the city are open for a very short time. There is not much choice. I also had a very bad experience with the Kaloroil gas station. A worker there cheated on me by paying with a credit card. He said it didn’t work and that there was no connection and I had to pay in cash. But the credit transaction was successful. A classic scam. And don't count on the police there either. They are not ready to help and they don’t care.

Breakfast was delicious. The service is excellent. Great location.

The Stay was really nice, the room was quiet, the host was very nice and more than happy about us trying to communicate using google translator, as we barely speak Italian. The room had the agriturismo-typical furniture, which is not too luxurious, but is was very well taken care of and everything was super clean. When our air condition wasn’t working properly, the host offered us a different room immediately and called the service men to check it the next day. Great stay, great value for the price!
