The property is a little out of the way, but worth it!

Self check-in was easy. It was CLEAN. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The agriturismo is set in the middle of open countryside. Any farm activities did not disturb us at all. The coeliac friendly restaurant, <<La Grattugia>> 3 mins' walk from the accommodation area was the highlight of our stay. It is registered with AIC, (the Italian Coeliac Association), they certainly know their stuff and we felt very relaxed. :) Most dishes were available gluten free (senza glutine) and these were marked with an asterisk * on the menu.The GF pasta made by delightful Maria Teresa deserves a second visit!

Detail thing: Breakfast was limited and confusing: I asked for more eggs but got the reply it was over. Five minutes later someone else ordered it and it was prepared.

The welcome was warm and we really enjoyed the hospitality of our host! Everything is well thought through and very much detail oriented up to the breakfast! We enjoyed the quiet and tranquil location and the area very much! Recommendations for restaurants were great and really appreciated!

Although the weather was not very hot at the end of April, it was already very warm in the room at night. We were able to sleep well but I can imagine that it gets incredibly hot under the roof in summer. However, air conditioning is available.

The room was very nice and the bed exceptionally comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom. I've never had such a big shower. The breakfast had well selected products and the staff was very attentive. We felt very comfortable. The surrounding area also invited us to a morning jog.

Somewhere to sit in the room, like an armchair would have been nice. There was a desk and one chair, but we both had to work and there was only room for one.

Nothing. There was nothing not to like. Oh except I did not have oat milk every morning. But they had all other sorts of non dairy options. I did not make an express request, so can't complain about it.

Paolo, the owner, his family and staff were delightful. Very helpful, welcoming. The place is gorgeous. Honestly the kindness and presence of everyone there made a huge difference in my stay. It was very very special I recommend it. I also recommend the restaurant in the premises and their products. Every inch of this place is made with care and love. I will definitely come back.

Kids friendly, really nice pool, everything was very well managed. Huge lawn all around the property. You can always find a quiet corner in the shade. The restaurant nearby is also excellent, truly authentic local food.

the breakfast was insufficient for the price that you pay… for example : breakfast was until 9.30 but when you arrived at 9 o’clock almost nothing was left. the pool was clean but really crowded because also locals and people from the camping are coming swim there.

It was only after booking a non-refundable room via booking.com that we were told the restaurant was owned separately and needed to contact directly to book, but on calling got a message that the restaurant was closed. A big part of staying at an agriturismo is the local produce and so we were disappointed. We were recommended a nearby place which was fine but not amazing. This info re their restaurant should be shared prior to booking. Having said that, we would stay again - on a night the restaurant's open!

I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!! Property was far from the pictures and descriptions. We didn’t like at all. The management refused to refund one of our night. The food was not good. They don’t have their own pool, it’s shared with the public and it was full. They don’t have a restaurant or bar. They said the restaurant was opened on Tuesday and it was closed. The activities you need to figure out yourself and they are far away from their property about 40-50 minutes. I do not recommend this place at all.

This is not an agriturismo. I stayed at several before and this is far from it. The breakfast is a cold one, not cooked, and the ingredients are not grown by them, which is kind of the point of agriturismo. The main issue for me was that the kitchen was locked at all times and you are not allowed to enter and make yourself a coffee or tea, which I found very weird as it existed in every other agriturismo I stayed at. It feels more of a hotel with a view.
