The property is beautiful. Roberto was very accommodating picking me up at the airport. The restaurant was amazing for lunch, the food and service were excellent. I was only there for one night but this is the type of place one can go to relax, unwind, and eat well. Roberto and his sister were very welcoming, professional and helpful.

Such a lovely place. Owner makes everything effortless and pick up from airport is very easy and smooth. I particularly liked the welcome from the team of cats and the family dog. I am gluten free and they had no problem catering for that. This place is an oasis

Extra chair in bedroom needed and brighter lighting in bedroom. Neither major issues.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy transfer to bus stop for Venice. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant. Loved Ollie the dog.

It is in the middle of greenery, ranch style, well kept and close to the airport as well as to Venice. Has an onsite restaurant that serves delicious food and the staff is super attentive. Robert, one of the owners was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Really a pleasure to have been there a guest.

Very close to the airport but no noise from air traffic. Comfortable room and restaurant on site. Lovely man who mans the front desk, breakfast and chef at the restaurant.

Be careful!! If you stay here you will like it so much that you might stay forever!! Haha Amazing place, incredible food and the nicest genuine people : ) The rooms ar beautiful and new, with the best equipment. The space is calm and immersed in nature, their homemade food and products will leave you speechless. And there are very cute little dogs and cats that will welcome you upon arrival. 🐈🐕🐩 I will reserve a room here every time I come to Venice! From 0 to 10 they get 97402610 stars ✨✨ Bravissimo 👌🏽

Beautiful and most comfortable room, quiet, with a beautiful view of green fields, 5 minutes drive to Venice airport, 15 minutes drive to Venice. Very hospitable and helpful owner. Wonderful stay. Great breakfast with delicious coffee. Perfect.

While the staff didn’t speak a lot of English, this did not negatively impact our stay, and we got along with Google translate.

This was a perfect oasis for us to end our trip and be close to the airport for our early morning flight. Operated by lovely staff who picked us off and dropped us off at the airport, we thorough enjoyed the ease of being outside of the hard to navigate city of Venice and a short distance to the airport.

Owner was so warm and welcoming, we could not have asked for a better stay here! Close to airport and was able to be dropped off early morning. Definitely recommend eating at the restaurant next door, amazing cuisine!

Very convenient for the airport, but not noisy. Great that the restaurant is open until 10pm and doesn’t mind late arrivals!

Nice and modern with pretty paintings on the walls. Good view of mountains and agricultural land from the window. Rooms were warm and made every day. Bathroom and beds were comfortable and had a good sleep. Owner came to collect us from the airport even at the midnight arrival and also provided us free shuttle service. Thank you Roberto. 🙏
