Staff is good. Air conditioner not to much good, Food great. But if you stay at the hotel there are no option for lunch you need to take the menu. I suggested to make some small snack.

In front of the rooms was a mess, not even a bucket of water was used to wash the floor in 4 days! Ac not working 100%… lunch was a set menu, couldn’t eat/nibble something near the pool

That there was only Continental Breakfast and no English Breakfast in the buffet.

It was very enjoyable and a great experience, the only low point is that there is only one restaurant and the food was excellent but the food is rather expensive.

All was perfect, not a single complaint.

I cannot recommend this accommodation more. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff. The room was huge, renovated historical building. There were 2 pools available to us which we used and enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious served from 7am which was handy as we had a flight from Catania to catch (25 minutes drive from the accommodation). Just keep in mind that this is a farm, away from shops/restaurants. If you'd like to dine/shop elsewhere then be prepared to drive.

The only comment would be to have a closer bar to the pool, or bar service to private pool. That would make this place perfect!

We loved everything about Badiula! The surroundings are peaceful and the property is gorgeous. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The private pool area was absolutely lovely. The fact that it's a very short drive from Catania airport was a big bonus! The staff all round very pleasant and made our stay that bit sweeter.

Wellness is on reservation. So a tip is to reserve a massage 2-3 days before arrival. Sadly scrambled eggs had to be paid extra 5 EUR if you want that for breakfast. Important to know that the reception closes between 23:00 and 7:30. It is mentioned on the website and booking.com Probably most guest oversee this information.

This place is wonderful. The personel is amazing, very friendly. Even stayed a bit later to check us in and help with everything. Food in the restaurant is amazing and not expensive at all for the quality you get. The private pool is great.

Had to change the room for the 2nd night as there was a bird nest on the roof and couldn’t sleep with the constant noise but the staff changed the room immediately when we talked to them.

The price was too high considering all the aspects and competition in the area.

Liked the nature on the location, the wider location is horrible and littered with thrash. The staff, except for the breakfast staff, is excellent. Very attentive and friendly. The best part of the stay.

What we really didn't like was the dinner. They sent us a message some days before asking if we want to have dinner and they have their fix menu, so I was expecting something freshly made. The dinner was not good, we had a few dishes not well prepared, antipasti were very basic with a couple of cold foods (which should have been warm), then we had some ravioli which were also a bit cold and not well cooked. Then I had some meat with potates, which was ok, but also cold.. I think it was mostly something warmed up (and not properly) and not much freshly prepared as you would expect from an agriturismo. Wine that also served was quite basic and it was served with a bottle of wine already opened, so not sure if what was inside the bottle was really what the bottle says.. I still eat everthing, but my friend didn't eat most of the plates as he was disappointed.. Probably during high season it's better, but we were a few at the restaurant that evening and we were asked in advance what we wanted, so we would have expected a better dinner..

The place is nice, but we stayed there only one night and in November, so out of the main season. We could not enjoyed the structure (e.g. the swimming pool), but we knew that. So, we could not really enjoyed the facilities, but due the season.

The shower was very small, I did not manage to turn. The bathroom has a good size, so a small upgrade would make it more comfortable.

The property is quite large and well maintained. 2 good sized pools, tennis court and plenty of shaded parking spaces. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful.
