Nothing to dislike

Everything about the property was excellent. The family atmosphere through the kindness and helpfulness during our stay was amazing. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful with a wide selection of well prepared dishes. The coffee that was served was also superb. Lattes for my wife and Americanos and expresso for myself. The service provided by staff from morning breakfast to the evening is remarkable. Amy the dog also brought a smile to our faces. Many thanks to Andrea and staff. I hope we have a chance to experience your hospitality again in the future.

Cooling system seemed to result in floor in bathroom getting wet with condensation if warm air got in. Didn't impact our stay though. I was initially concerned that there is a camp site near the property but apart from the pool area getting busy at times it did not affect our stay at all.

Staff were excellent. Friendly and very helpful giving advice and suggestions with regards to places to visit and eat. Location was great for Lucca and not to difficult to get in to Pisa either. Good links to other places to visit also. Breakfast was great and staff very attentive. Somebody on hand until late for help or to deal with issues (not that we had any).

Slow internet connection, extra pillows offered and possibility for air conditioning but understand that there are alternatives methods of keeping cool.

Hard to get taxis/public transport into Lucca, but the staff made sure we got into town by calling us taxis or taking us themselves.

Beautiful grounds, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room. The staff were polite and always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We struggled a few times to get taxis, but they ensured we got one and even drove us into Lucca one day when we couldn't get one. The pool is lovely, clean and quiet. Breakfast was lovely. The rooms were peaceful and quiet and we rarely heard anyone other guests. There is a campsite on the grounds, but this did not bother us at all as everyone was quiet and respectful. Thank you to all the staff for out stay. We would highly recommend it.

Excellent location just out of Lucca in the countryside. Beautiful setting. The staff were incredibly helpful and could be more helpful. Had dinner there too, the food was very very good. Also loved the breakfast. Super excellent accomodation.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast was exceptional. There was a huge selection of different types of food. The location was perfect. They offered bike rentals and it is just a short distance to Lucca. The host and the entire team were very welcoming and friendly.

We had no negatives with our stay. We booked it as a farm stay knowing it was out of Lucca 4-5km, so location was accurately described. We enjoyed the bikes.

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful in every way. Breakfast was plentiful. Would certainly return.

Not the property's fault but the place is a bit hard to get to if you don't have a car. This applies to the Tuscany in general. Luckily the staff was more than attentive for this and solved our issues quickly.

Everything you can hooe about going to the Tuscany, but better and cuter.

The room was very noisy. We could literally hear people in the next room opening packages. Also the fridge was very noisy. The room also got quite hot at night, there was central heating/cooling but that didn't cool it down enough.

The pool was great. Breakfast was fantastic - you can sit down and they just serve everything at the table - cheese, meat, homemade pastry, bread, juice, and more. Personnel and the owners were very friendly and helpful.
