Property was clean, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay in Livorno. Pool and spa are was lovely to relax in. All the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home from home in Livorno. Location was great, walking distance to many great restaurants and the sights of Nuova Venezia

Everything! The staff were especially amazing. They helped us with picking restaurants, directions and arranging taxis. I highly recommend arranging for the daily breakfast. There was a great variety with plenty for all. A great bargain. The room itself was lovely, a perfect oasis.

Beautiful property, very well managed and cared for. Exceptionally helpful staff, Camilla helped us fix our hot tub drain just as she was leaving. Creative layout of the room, nice pool and exercise room too. Great location in Livorno.

The property was perfect !!

The hotel had more than we expected, the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, it was spacious and tastefully decorated. The hotel offered a pool and a gym and bicycles included. It was in a delightful area , Little Venice with picturesque canals, 5 minutes walk from Piazza Grande. Fabulous.

The spa in our room did not work, so that was a let-down. Even though we got an upgrade and technically should not have had a spa in our apartment, it was still a disappointment. We were so excited to see the spa and when we filled the tub and pressed the button, it didn't work. I would have been upset, angry even, had we paid for the room with the spa. But instead, I was just a bit deflated that we couldn't have one.

We loved our stay here. Admittedly we were given an upgrade, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There is no need to search for another hotel, really!!! Perfect location, nice and friendly staff. Large room, excellent breakfast. I'd definitely stay here next time.

Parking, which is not the issue of the hotel but the area - needs good 5 mins walk and sometimes some patience to wait if full.

We really enjoyed our time in the hotel, perfect place for a Tuscany visit for a family. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent room and breakfast.

The stay was perfect.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. We were put in the studio which was enormous and allowed us to cook our own dinner. Helpful as it was just a stopover on our way to Corsica. The mini bar was super well equipped and fair prices.

Everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay. This is the kind of place that makes a difference at your holidays.. The place is really, really nice. The apartment was beautiful, big, clean and with a great view. The service was great as well as the other spaces of the hotel,including the swimming pool. Initially we thought that the breakfast was a little expensive, but it really worth it. The quality was very high as well as the variety, specially considering the Italian standards. We really recommend it!

It wasn't explained at check in there was a charge for changing towels. But upon explaining this we were issued free of charge for the mix up.

Well equipped apartments, beautiful indoor pool and sauna. Free use of bikes. Clean and spacious. Would definitely revisit
