The best place I’ve ever visited! We ended up with two penthouse terraces and our own bubble pool. We only left the room to go get some food, no need to do anything else in Livorno than stay in, lol. The indoor pool was fantastic too, and the staff was really nice and accomodating. Even after we checked out, they were happy to have us stay in the lounge when we had to rest for a bit before going to the airport. We couldn’t have asked for more!!

The apartment building is beautiful, and in an excellent location in the historical region of Livorno. The staff were very helpful and we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a large and comfortable apartment with excellent facilities. We enjoyed the breakfasts, and had some great meals in nearby restaurants on the edges of the canals. The indoor pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it.

Two of the TVs didn’t work There was an additional charge for everything; towels, espresso in the self catering apartment. There was no hand soap provided but shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner was provided. Having to ask the staff to turn on the sauna is a bit inconvenient. The walk to parking (which was often full) was also inconvenient.

Liked the security at the location and the internal courtyard was cute. The pool was very nice.

Great one night stop off before boarding cruise ship at Livorno following day. Roberta and Camilla were outstanding with regards to customer care. We will return again here again for a few nights next time. Thank you for making it such a memorable stay.

Even before we arrived the staff at Agave in Citta were in touch by whatsapp to advise us on the parking issues due to an ongoing festival. We were warmly greeted on arrival, helped to unload and find parking and lunch. Pet friendly and a wonderful breakfast. Our room was stunning and had a fabulous balcony. All the facilities were available 24 7 (gym and pool) which was a refreshing change after the private villa we stayed in closed their pool! Its a great neighborhood and an amazing hotel.

Beautiful property, with large modern rooms and kitchen sitting area. Had a private hot tub on a roof top patio! Staff was friendly and helpful with all needs. Would stay again in a minute!

Although the staff was very nice and helpful, I would say: - The restaurant recommendation was average. As it was a Saturday night, it would have been great to get a heads up that most restaurants needed a reservation. As a result, we were not able to enjoy the terrace seats and had a very hot indoor meal twice. Food was not representative of delicious Italian cooking. - Although an early morning car was booked, I was given the wrong number. I couldn't get in touch, and called a random number very early in the morning multiple times. Taxi to the port was very expensive for the distance. - The breakfast was not worth the 8 euros in any sense of the word.

The staff was very responsive and friendly. The room was great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop was super. Location was very good.

The downside to this property was that the reception desk didn't open until 7:30 AM, and we needed a taxi to the port that morning, but no one was available to call one for us. The beds weren't great for me (I have back problems), but the room was wonderful.

The property was wonderful! We were upgraded to a better room with a hot tub and two terraces. The bed wasn't great, but it was on par with the other beds we stayed in during our time in Italy. We would definitely book here again.

The staff at the property were excellent to work with. The office staff were very understanding and accommodating. The studio suite was unexpectedly nice. I wish I could have spent more time at the property to make use of all of the amazing amenities.
