The balcony door that led to the common balcony was very hard to close properly and in my opinion not very secure.

The location is great - right next to Villa Bellini on main street. Room was small but charming and very comfortable, bathroom was very ok. I liked ornaments on the ceiling and very friendly staff.

I really had the best stay. Everyone working there is just SO NICE! There were lots of different people working at the reception and EVERYONE was really nice and happy to help with whatever question I had. The location of the hotel is amazing and close to whatever you would like to see. HUGE recommendation

Stayed on first floor and there was a lot of noise coming from the ground floor, people talking and rattling of plates and cutlery etc. Room in need of modernisation and had to leave key with reception when going out.

Need signs on each floor to find the elevator. Some hall doors were locked and we did not receive a key.

Walls are a bit thin so it’s a bit annoying when you have noisy neighbors, but that is not the hotel’s fault.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it, we will surely be back next time :) Staff are so kind and helpful, rooms are spotless. Wifi worked very well. The hotel is in the main road so you can access everything on foot.

Wifi in room did not work at all. We mentioned it to the staff but not much they could do about it. Wifi works well in the reception area. The room was located right above the kitchen area, you could hear the dishes being washed well after midnight. They are flats below the hotel and people and kid literally screaming after 1:00 in the morning, terrible.

One of the best on our 6 week European holiday.

Nice hotel in handy location for main part of town. Contrary to what Google tells me the airport Alibus drops you off practically outside. Pay attention, the front door is a bit hard to notice. Our room was double storey which was fun. Plenty of breakfast options so add it to your booking. 24hr reception is great and seemed quite rare for similarly priced hotels in the area. The staff were all great. Vending machine in the lobby with beer.

It seems like there is lots of live music, however I went out to eat around those hours, so no biggie for me. When I came back to my room, the music was done.

First impressions were of the staff at reception, everyone was warm and welcoming. The hotel is smack in the middle of Catania, so the Alibus is right there, I was arriving from Taromina so I came from the central bus station, which is a simple fifteen minutes walk. The facilities were well kept and the price was a good value Pro tip: I had to leave the hotel at 04:30 because I had an early flight and I did not want to take any chances so the girl at the front desk said that time in the morning, the price is €45 as supposed to half the price or take the bus during normal hours,booking.com listed £41 I said is Uber available and she said I don't think so, in front of her I went to Uber and booked a ride, yes it was available and the cost was €40.

Our room was on the Via Etnea side and the traffic was noisy. The bedroom was a little drab.

Good location for central Catania. Good value buffet breakfast at 5 euros each. Interesting old building with original painted ceilings in the restaurant and meeting room. There was a peaceful terrace from the dining room

The room was noisy in the evening as there was a nearby restaurant and so you heard some kitchen and customer noise.

The location was great, I thought easily accessible the centro of Catania. The room was a simple, single room, perfect for my needs of just a single night as a solo traveler.
