Very pretty little apartment. Comfortable stay and beds for 3 people. The host, Paolo, is very helpful and passionate about his area. Make sure you book luggage transport service to and from the apartment, many stairs!

The soundproofing from flat above (although not in the same property!) needs to be improved as the people seemed to be continually moving the furniture and talking in loud voices.

Wonderful position by the harbour. Size of room was for 3 people so it was big. Windows shut out noise from outside well as it was very boisterous on first night.

I liked everything but is important to be aware of the steep stairs to rooms and reception, they offer a delivery service if you have large baggage but this is the way the entire city is developed. I would have loved an ambience lighting in the room like a table lamp next to the bed (but it’s personal)

Sleeping in the most iconic location in Cinque Terre, the kindness of Michele and Paolo and their pride in being locals of Riomaggiore comes up every time they talk about the beauty of the land. They explained all the history and knows where you can eat amazing meals of drink good coffee. The location is unbelievable, it feels a dream and everything is clean. There are lots of stairs to be aware of but this is Cinque Terre.

Paolo was extremely informative and friendly, as he wanted to make our stay as worthwhile as possible and gave us very helpful information. The room was extremely spacious and very clean. Cool air conditioning and spacious bathroom. Location wasn’t as bad to reach as expected after reading other reviews. About one set of stairs upwards and a few very small sets of stairs downwards to reach the hotel. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. The best accommodation we’ve had so far on our 9 week European holiday.

The location is great, right near the train station, harbor, shops and restaurants. The hosts were super friendly and very helpful. The property had amazing views and great air conditioning. We loved the terrace.

An absolutely perfect room right in the harbour of Riomaggiore. Staff extremely helpful, met us upon entry to the village and helped us to park. Led us to our room and showed us all we would need to know. Made our stay an absolute delight.

The photos of this place don’t do it justice! Our room was beautifully updated and really large. It was just on the water in the thick of everything location wise and there wasn’t too many steps to get up. The owner met us at the train station and carried my bag up the stairs whilst giving us a rundown of the town. Really a lovely stay!

THis was a central location located on a most beautiful little cove/wharf. All communications both via email and in person were frinedly, professional and extremely helpful. We loved the two floor appartment. I would have loved to stay for a week. I cannot recommoned this place more!

Everything. The air con was the best we had in Italy (we stayed in 3 places), location was fab, facilities were brilliant with some free biscuits and coffee and most importantly the hosts were informative and so helpful (especially with booking the lovers lane walk!) we would love to come back
